Description

Cross-reference of related applications This application claims the interests of patent application no. 2020-128075, filed in Japan on July 29, 2020, and the contents of said application are incorporated herein by reference. This invention relates to a casino system applied to a casino using casino supplies, casino supplies usable in a casino, and a method for providing casino supplies for manufacturing casino supplies. Casino equipment used in casinos requires a high level of security and should be strictly managed (for example, International Patent Publication No. WO2008/120749). For instance, casino equipment is manufactured in factories, but there is a risk of theft by malicious actors during the process from the factory to the casino and then to its use on the floor. Furthermore, there is a risk that counterfeit casino equipment may be used on the casino floor to unfairly win games. The present invention aims to enhance security management for casino equipment. A casino system according to one aspect of the present invention is a casino system in a casino that uses casino goods to which an RFID tag storing identification information is attached, comprising: a first reader installed in the casino that reads the identification information from the RFID tag of the casino goods; and a registration device that determines the authenticity of the casino goods and registers the casino goods determined to be authentic as usable goods, wherein the registration device determines authenticity based on whether the identification information provided by the manufacturer of the casino goods matches the identification information read from the RFID tag of the casino goods by the first reader. This configuration allows casino supplies to be registered as usable items in the casino's backroom, and enables the detection of fraudulent casino supplies that have been stolen during transport to the casino and used on the casino floor without proper registration. Furthermore, the casino verifies that the casino supplies were manufactured in the designated factory before registering them, as it compares the identification information provided by the manufacturer with the identification information stored on the RFID tags of the supplies. The above casino system may further include a matching device installed at a casino supplies handling location within the casino, which compares identification information read from the casino supplies with the identification information of the casino supplies registered in the registration device. In the casino system described above, the registration device may invalidate the registration of the identification information registered as identification information for usable casino goods under predetermined conditions. In the casino system described above, the registration device may invalidate the registration of the identification information for casino equipment for which it cannot read the identification information. In the casino system described above, the casino equipment may carry information for identifying the casino equipment in a manner other than the RFID tag, and the registration device may, for casino equipment from which the identification information cannot be read, identify the identification information that should be invalidated using the information for identifying the casino equipment, and invalidate the registration. In the casino system described above, the identification information may include tag identification information provided by the manufacturer of the RFID tag and product identification information provided by the manufacturer of the casino supplies. In the casino system described above, the matching device may normally compare the item identification information read from the casino goods at the casino goods handling location within the casino with the item identification information read in the past, and at a predetermined timing and/or under predetermined conditions, compare the tag identification information read from the casino goods at the casino goods handling location with the tag identification information of the casino goods registered in the registration device. In the casino system described above, the identification information provided by the manufacturer of the casino supplies may be encrypted, and the registration device may have a function to decrypt the encrypted identification information. In the casino system described above, the registration device may store the identification information of the available casino supplies with a flag indicating that they are available. In the casino system described above, the first reader may simultaneously read the identification information from the RFID tags of multiple casino items, and the registration device may simultaneously determine the authenticity of the multiple casino items. In the casino system described above, the multiple casino items may be housed in a single case, the case may be assigne
