Claims (5)

  1. We obtain information about the distribution of sound intensity within the area where the sound is generated. The system includes a control unit that controls the movement of a mobile device with a conference room moving within the area based on the acquired information regarding the distribution , The control unit is a control device that repeatedly performs the acquisition of information regarding the distribution and the control of the movement of the mobility .
  2. The control device according to claim 1, wherein the control unit, based on the information regarding the distribution, moves the mobility to the detected location whenever it detects a location within the area where a sound smaller than that of the mobility is located is generated.
  3. The control device according to claim 1 or claim 2, wherein the control unit causes the user's mobile device or a bulletin board installed in the area to display information regarding the location of the mobility.
  4. The control unit acquires information regarding the distribution of sound intensity within the area where the sound is generated, This includes controlling the movement of a mobile device with a conference room within the area based on the acquired distribution information, using the control unit. A control method comprising repeatedly performing the acquisition of information regarding the distribution and the control of the movement of the mobility device .
  5. The control method according to claim 4, further comprising displaying information regarding the location of the mobility on the user's mobile device or on a bulletin board installed in the area.

Description

This disclosure relates to a control device and a control method. Patent Document 1 discloses a vehicle that provides users with a space usable as a mobile conference room, or a space equipped with soundproofing equipment such as noise cancellers, that can be used as a private room. Japanese Patent Publication No. 2021-162930 This figure shows the configuration of the mobility control system according to the embodiment of this disclosure. This is a block diagram showing the configuration of a control device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. This is a flowchart showing the operation of the control device according to the embodiment of this disclosure. An embodiment of this disclosure will be described below with reference to the figures. In each figure, identical or corresponding parts are denoted by the same reference numerals. In the description of this embodiment, the description of identical or corresponding parts will be omitted or simplified as appropriate. Referring to Figure 1, the configuration of the mobility control system 10 according to this embodiment will be described. The mobility control system 10 comprises a control device 20 and a mobility device 30 equipped with a conference room. The control device 20 can communicate with the mobility device 30 via a network 40. The control device 20 is a computer installed in a facility such as a data center. The control device 20 is, for example, a server belonging to a cloud computing system or other computing system. The control device 20 is operated, for example, by an event management company. Mobility 30 with a conference room is any type of vehicle, such as a gasoline car, diesel car, hydrogen car, HEV, PHEV, BEV, or FCEV. "HEV" is an abbreviation for hybrid electric vehicle. "PHEV" is an abbreviation for plug-in hybrid electric vehicle. "BEV" is an abbreviation for battery electric vehicle. "FCEV" is an abbreviation for fuel cell electric vehicle. Mobility 30, in this embodiment, is an AV, but may be driven by a driver or its operation may be automated to any level. "AV" is an abbreviation for autonomous vehicle. The level of automation is, for example, one of levels 1 to 5 in the SAE classification. "SAE" is an abbreviation for Society of Automotive Engineers. Mobility 30 may also be a MaaS-dedicated vehicle. "MaaS" is an abbreviation for Mobility as a Service. Network 40 includes the Internet, at least one WAN, at least one MAN, or any combination thereof. "WAN" is an abbreviation for wide area network. "MAN" is an abbreviation for metropolitan area network. Network 40 may also include at least one wireless network, at least one optical network, or any combination thereof. A wireless network is, for example, an ad hoc network, a cellular network, a wireless LAN, a satellite communication network, or a terrestrial microwave network. "LAN" is an abbreviation for local area network. The outline of this embodiment will be described with reference to Figures 1 and 2. The control device 20 acquires second information 60 regarding the distribution of sound intensity within the sound-generating area 11 via the control unit 21. In this embodiment, area 11 is an event venue where events such as exhibitions, trade fairs, food events, or product exhibitions are held. The event venue is, for example, an arena. The second information 60 is, for example, a noise heatmap created by predicting the number of visitors to each booth within the event venue, but it may also be a noise heatmap created by sensing within the event venue. The mobility device 30 with a conference room moves within area 11. Based on the acquired second information 60, the control device 20 controls the movement of the mobility device 30 via the control unit 21. According to this embodiment, it becomes easier to secure an environment suitable for meetings in the noise-generating area 11. For example, when a user attempts to conduct an online or telephone conference using a mobile device such as a mobile phone, smartphone, or tablet, the surroundings may be noisy. In such cases, by moving the mobility device 30 to a quiet location suitable for meetings, the user can avoid noise and conduct the meeting in the meeting room of the mobility device 30. The same applies when multiple users gather to hold a meeting. In this embodiment, even if the mobility device 30 is not equipped with soundproofing equipment such as noise cancellers, it is possible to more easily provide a meeting-suitable environment with a lower volume level, thus reducing costs. According to this embodiment, it is also possible to provide on-demand mobile meeting rooms. For improved convenience, information regarding the location of Mobility 30, or information regarding whether Mobility 30 is fully occupied or vacant, may be displayed on the user's mobile device or on a venue bulletin board installed at the event venue. In this embodiment, the control device 20 acquires second information 60 by predicting t
