Claims (4)
- For each process included in the supply chain, process information is recorded on the blockchain , including the individual value of the process, the cumulative value which is the sum of the individual values of each process from the said process to the upstream process in the supply chain, and identification information that identifies the process performed immediately before the said process. A payment distribution program that causes a computer to perform a process of calculating the individual payment for a process by referring to the process information and the process information of the immediately preceding process identified from the identification information, using the individual value of the process included in the process information and the cumulative value which is the sum of the individual values of each process from the process to the upstream process in the supply chain, and then distributing the payment to the suppliers of the process.
- The system accepts input of the identification information that identifies the process performed immediately before the process, and the evidence information used to calculate the individual value of the process. The individual value of the process calculated from the aforementioned evidence information and the cumulative value, which is the sum of the individual values of each process from the aforementioned process to the upstream process in the supply chain, are calculated. A compensation distribution program according to claim 1, which causes a computer to perform a process that generates process information including the individual value of the process and the cumulative value.

A method for distributing consideration, which involves referring to the process information and the process information of the immediately preceding process identified from the identification information, calculating the consideration for a single process using the individual value of the process included in the process information and the cumulative value which is the sum of the individual values of each process from the process to the upstream process in the supply chain, and distributing the consideration to the suppliers of the process.
- A recording unit records process information on a blockchain for each process included in the supply chain, including the individual value of the process, the cumulative value which is the sum of the individual values of each process from the said process to the upstream process in the supply chain, and identification information which identifies the process performed immediately before the said process. A payment distribution device comprising: a payment distribution unit that, by referring to the aforementioned process information and the process information of the immediately preceding process identified from the identification information, calculates the individual payment for the process using the individual value of the process included in the process information and the cumulative value which is the sum of the individual values of each process from the aforementioned process to the upstream process in the supply chain, and distributes the payment to the suppliers of the process.
Description
This invention relates to a compensation distribution program, a compensation distribution method, and a compensation distribution apparatus. Traditionally, in managing traceability in supply chains, it has been known to apply distributed ledger technology using blockchain, or technology that manages smart contracts that record transaction conditions on a distributed ledger. The embodiments will be described below with reference to the drawings. Figure 1 is a diagram showing an example of the system configuration of a compensation distribution system. The compensation distribution system 100 of this embodiment manages the distribution of compensation for each process in the supply chain related to a product when a consumer of a product returns compensation corresponding to the value of the product. More specifically, the compensation distribution system 100 of this embodiment, when it receives compensation from consumers corresponding to the value of a product, distributes compensation corresponding to the value of each component used in the product manufacturing process to the suppliers (producers) that manufacture those components. In this embodiment, the supply chain refers to a series of processes in manufacturing, from the procurement of raw materials and components for products to manufacturing, inventory management, sales, and distribution. Furthermore, the value of each component of a product manufactured through this supply chain refers, for example, to the value generated in the manufacturing process of each component within the supply chain. The compensation distribution system 100 of this embodiment includes one or more nodes 200-1, 200-2, ..., 200-n and one or more client nodes 300-1, 300-2, ..., 300-n. In the following description, when nodes 200-1, 200-2, ..., 200-n are not distinguished, they will be referred to as node 200, and when client nodes 300-1, 300-2, ..., 300-n are not distinguished, they will be referred to as client node 300. In this embodiment, the node 200 and client node 300 may be general-purpose information processing devices. The node 200 and client node 300 are connected via a network and are able to communicate with each other. Furthermore, the multiple nodes 200 are distributed ledger nodes included in a blockchain system, and each is connected using a P2P (Peer to Peer) method. The client node 300 in this embodiment may be used by each supplier included in the supply chain. The node 200 in this embodiment includes a smart contract management unit 210 and a blockchain 220. The smart contract management unit 210 manages the smart contracts stored on the blockchain 220. Blockchain 220 stores a parts registration smart contract 221, a consideration distribution smart contract 222, and parts information 223. Blockchain 220 may also store history information showing the history of consideration distribution by the consideration distribution smart contract 222. In this embodiment, the parts registration smart contract 221 generates parts information 223 relating to parts manufactured by the client node 300 and the corresponding supplier, in response to a request from the client node 300, and stores it in the blockchain 220. More specifically, when the parts registration smart contract 221 receives input of parts identification information to identify a part, it calculates the value of the part to be included in the generation of parts information 223 and includes it in the parts information 223. The value of the part may be calculated by the supplier and verified by the parts registration smart contract 221. Details of the parts value will be described later. The consideration distribution smart contract 222, upon receiving a request for consideration distribution from a supplier via the client node 300, references the cumulative consideration, which is the sum of the consideration for each component from this component to the upstream component in the supply chain.
