  8. The aforementioned information processing device The aforementioned scoring table is generated for at least one of the following: each recruiting company, each industry, and each job type. The senior talent matching support method according to feature 7.

Description

This invention relates to a senior talent matching support device and a senior talent matching support method. Due to the declining birthrate, aging population, and population outflow, labor shortages are becoming increasingly severe in many regions. In response to this situation, efforts are being made to improve systems such as programs to encourage young people to relocate and programs for continued employment after retirement, as well as to actively consider employing older people. In addition, conventional technologies related to recruitment include, for example, technologies that can effectively match the needs of both employers and job seekers (see Patent Document 1). This technology relates to a job information provision system comprising a user's portable terminal device and a management server of a job information provider that provides job information to the portable terminal device. The portable terminal device comprises a communication unit that communicates with the management server, a location acquisition unit that acquires location information and notifies the management server, and a job information presentation unit that acquires job information from the management server and presents it to the user. The management server comprises a communication unit that communicates with the portable terminal device, an activity base calculation unit that acquires the location information notified from the portable terminal device and calculates the user's activity base, and an activity area job search processing unit that notifies the portable terminal device of job postings within a certain range from the activity base as activity area job information. The job information presentation unit of the portable terminal device presents the activity area job information acquired from the management server. Furthermore, technologies have been proposed to address the need to provide appropriate content tailored to user attributes and behavioral patterns (see Patent Document 2). This technology relates to a determination device characterized by comprising: an acquisition unit that acquires scores corresponding to multiple indicators, which are evaluation criteria for evaluating a user; and a determination unit that determines the content to be provided to the user according to the combination of scores corresponding to each indicator acquired by the acquisition unit. Figure 1 is a network configuration diagram including the senior talent matching support device 100 of this embodiment. The senior talent matching support device 100 shown in Figure 1 is a computer that objectively evaluates the physical and mental health of elderly people and enables the recruitment of elderly people desired by hiring companies to be accurate and efficient. As shown in Figure 1, the senior talent matching support device 100 of this embodiment is connected to the senior terminal 200, the recruiting company system 300, and the financial institution system 400 via an appropriate network 1 such as the internet. Therefore, these may be collectively referred to as the senior talent matching support system 10. The senior talent matching support device 100 of this embodiment can be described as a device that provides talent matching services or support services for such services, in cooperation with local financial institutions, etc., where the elderly person holds an account, between an elderly person who is a job seeker (including in a potential sense) and a company that wants to hire personnel in the area where the elderly person lives. Of course, there are no restrictions on who can operate the Senior Talent Matching Support Device 100. Therefore, it is conceivable that the aforementioned regional financial institutions and recruiting companies could operate the Senior Talent Matching Support Device 100 themselves, or integrate it into th
