  1. This disclosure claims priority to a Chinese patent application filed with the China National Patent Office on September 21, 2023, with application number 202322572398.3, titled "Lifting and Lowering Device," the entire contents of which are incorporated into this disclosure by reference. This disclosure relates to lifting and lowering devices. Taking an automated lithium battery production line as an example, in related technologies, when lifting and lowering battery cells (especially laminated battery cells without adhesive on the separator), the unrestrained sheet of battery cells experiences movement/shifting, affecting its alignment and, consequently, the accuracy of subsequent detection devices, resulting in low production efficiency.
