Claims (2)

  1. A bag filling and packaging apparatus comprising: a holding means for holding a bag made of a flexible material having an opening formed therein; a filling means for filling the bag held by the holding means with contents through the opening; and a sealing means for sealing the opening, The system comprises a pressing member that contacts at least a portion of the bottom of a bag filled with the above contents, a lifting means for raising and lowering the pressing member, an adsorption means for adsorbing and holding the bag from both sides, and a moving means for moving the adsorption means, A bag filling and packaging apparatus characterized in that the lifting means raises the pressing member to lift at least a portion of the bottom of the bag, and then the moving means moves the suction means that holds the side of the bag outwards, while the sealing means seals the opening.
  2. The bag filling and packaging apparatus according to claim 1 , characterized in that the amount of movement of the pressing member by the lifting means and/or the amount of movement of the suction means by the moving means can be adjusted.

Description

This invention relates to a bag filling and packaging apparatus, and more specifically, to a bag filling and packaging apparatus that fills a bag with an opening and seals it. Conventionally, a bag filling and packaging apparatus is known that includes a holding means for holding a bag made of a flexible material with an opening formed therein, a filling position for filling the bag held by the holding means with contents through the opening, and a sealing means for sealing and sealing the opening (Patent Document 1). According to the filling and packaging apparatus of Patent Document 1, after filling the bag with contents, when sealing the opening, a space of air is formed above the contents. Patent No. 3851754 Plan view of the filling and packaging machineA diagram illustrating the process of sealing the bag. The following describes the illustrated embodiment. Figure 1 shows a plan view of a filling and packaging device 2 that fills a flexible bag 1 with contents and then seals the bag 1. The filling and packaging device 2 is installed in a clean room whose interior is purified. As shown in Figure 2, the bag 1 is formed by overlapping two flexible films, creating a sealed portion 1a on its outer edge by heat sealing or the like, and forming a storage portion inside the sealed portion 1a for storing contents. The top of the bag 1 is provided with an opening 1b formed by not welding the films together, and once the contents are filled through this opening 1b, the bag is then sealed. Furthermore, the bag 1 of this embodiment is a so-called double bag as shown in Figure 2, and is capable of containing liquid L and powder (not shown in Figure 2) as contents inside. Inside the bag 1, a liquid storage section 1A for containing the liquid L and a powder storage section 1B for containing the powder are formed, and these are separated by a fragile seal section 1c. When using the bag 1, the liquid storage section 1A and the powder storage section 1B are connected by breaking the fragile seal section 1c, thereby mixing the liquid L and the powder. In order to thoroughly mix the liquid L and powder inside the bag 1, it is desirable to allow the liquid L to move sufficiently within the bag 1. Therefore, in this embodiment, after filling the liquid storage section 1A with liquid L, a space S consisting of air is secured above the liquid L in the liquid storage section 1A. In other words, if sufficient space S is not formed inside the bag 1, the liquid L cannot be moved sufficiently inside the bag 1, and there is a risk that the mixing of the liquid L and the powder will be insufficient. The filling and packaging apparatus 2 is provided along a conveying means 3 for transporting the bag body 1 and includes a liquid filling means 4 for filling a liquid L into a liquid storage section 1A formed in the bag body 1, a first temporary sealing means 5 for temporarily sealing an opening 1b formed in the liquid storage section 1A, a first permanent sealing means 6 for permanently sealing the temporarily sealed opening 1b, a first cooling means 7 for cooling the sealed opening 1b, a powder filling means 8 for filling powder into a powder storage section 1B, a second temporary sealing means 9 for temporarily sealing an opening 1b formed in the powder storage section 1B, a second permanent sealing means 10 for permanently sealing the temporarily sealed opening 1b, and a second cooling means 11 for cooling the sealed opening 1b. The above-mentioned conveying means 3 is composed of multiple rotary tables, arranged in the following order from the upstream side: first transfer wheel 3a, liquid filling wheel 3b, second transfer wheel 3c, powder filling wheel 3d, and third transfer wheel 3e. Furthermore, the above-mentioned conveying means 3 is not limited to one composed of multiple rotating wheels, but can also be a conventionally known one such as a conveyor, and the conveying path may be straight, elliptical, or a combination of these. Each of the above-mentioned rotating wheels is provided with holding means 12 for holding the bag body 1 at equal intervals, and the bag body 1 is transported while being intermittently stopped by the liquid filling means 4 and the first temporary sealing means 5. Furthermore, between adjacent rotating wheels, the holding means 12 of the upstream rotating wheel and the holding means 12 of the downstream rotating wheel simultaneously grip the bag 1, allowing for the transfer of the bag 1. The detailed configuration of the transport means 3 is publicly known and will therefore not be explained. Similarly, the configurations of the liquid filling means 4 and the powder filling means 8 will also not be explained. Figure 2 illustrates a first temporary sealing means 5 provided along the liquid-filling wheel 3b, and a space-forming means 13 provided at the same location as the first temporary sealing means 5 to form a space S inside the bag 1. A predetermined amount of liquid L is filled into the liquid stora
