Description
This invention relates to a mounting device for attaching equipment inside a control panel enclosure, and to a control panel enclosure having the mounting device. Conventionally, enclosures for housing electrical equipment are known (see Patent Document 1). This electrical equipment storage box comprises a box body formed by assembling multiple plate members to close five sides except the front, with a panel on which electrical equipment is mounted attached to a back plate, and a door member attached to the box body to open and close the front. A panel mounting member is attached to the back plate, allowing the panel to be attached via the panel mounting member. The panel mounting member is provided with an insertion hole through which a fixing member for fixing the box body to the mounting surface behind the back plate can be inserted. The fixing member is fixed to the mounting surface by passing through the insertion hole and the back plate, thereby allowing the back plate to be fixed to the mounting surface together with the panel mounting member. Japanese Patent Publication No. 2008-172900 This is a schematic plan view showing the difference between the mounting fixture according to the present invention and a conventional example, where (a) shows a conventional example and (b) shows the mounting fixture according to the present invention. This is a front view showing the mounting fixture and enclosure body according to the present invention. This is a photograph used as a substitute for a drawing, illustrating a front view of the mounting bracket and the enclosure body. Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. <Mounting bracket 1> Figures 1 to 3 show the mounting fixture 1 according to the present invention. This mounting device 1 is a device for mounting the equipment 20, which will be described later, inside the enclosure body 10, which will be described later. The equipment 20 is positioned diagonally inside the enclosure body 10 via this mounting device 1. The mounting fixture 1 has a box mounting surface 2 (described later) and an equipment mounting surface 3, and the angle formed by these two surfaces 2 and 3 (the angle between the two surfaces 2 and 3) is the oblique arrangement angle α (described later). In addition, the mounting fixture 1 may have fasteners (such as screws, bolts, and nuts) used when attaching it to the enclosure body 10 or when attaching the equipment 20. The material of the mounting bracket 1 is not particularly limited, but it may be metals such as stainless steel (SUS304, etc.), steel, cast iron, or aluminum, or it may be FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastics), plastic (synthetic resin), rubber (synthetic rubber), wood, or stone, or a combination of these materials (the box mounting surface 2 and the equipment mounting surface 3 may be made of the same material or different materials). In the mounting fixture 1, the equipment mounting surface 3 is attached to the box mounting surface 2 in an oblique position. Alternatively, one surface member may be bent to form both the box mounting surface 2 and the equipment mounting surface 3, or each surface portion 2 and 3 may be a single surface member, which may be attached together (by welding, adhesive, or via a fixing device (not shown) with a roughly ∠-shaped side view, or an angle adjustment part (not shown)) to form both the box mounting surface 2 and the equipment mounting surface 3. <Box mounting surface 2> As shown in Figures 1 to 3, the box mounting surface portion 2 is a part of the mounting fixture 1 described above, and is a planar portion that is mounted inside the panel box body 10, which will be described later. Furthermore, since the equipment mounting surface 3, which will be described later, is mounted to the box mounting surface 2 in an oblique position, it can be said that the box mounting surface 2 is the base for the equipment mounting surface 3 (supporting the equipment mounting surface 3). The mounting surface 2 of the box may have holes (through holes) or recesses for fasteners for attachment to the enclosure body 10, and may also have a roughly concave cutout that corresponds to the size and shape of another device 20', which will be described later, for direct attachment to the rear surface inside the enclosure body 10 . The specific configuration of the box mounting surface 2 is not particularly limited, but for example, its shape may be roughly rectangular, roughly square, roughly triangular, roughly elliptical, or roughly circular, and its corners may be rounded. Hereafter, the shape of the box mounting surface 2 will be described as mainly being a roughly rectangular shape with a roughly concave notch . The size of the box mounting surface 2 is not particularly limited, but for example, the length of the longer side in a roughly rectangular shape may have a lower limit of 160 mm or more, preferably 180 mm or more, more preferably 200 mm or more, or an
