Claims (4)
- Trousers comprising a waist section that surrounds the wearer's torso, and a front and back section that covers the wearer's lower body, A ventilation opening that opens vertically and can be opened and closed is provided between the rear of the waist area and the upper part of the back panel. The system comprises an opening means for opening the ventilation opening and a closing means for closing the ventilation opening, The opening means comprises a flexible band-shaped body provided substantially horizontally between the rear of the waist area and the upper part of the back panel, Breathable trousers characterized in that the ventilation opening is created by curving the area near the longitudinal center of the band-shaped body in a convex shape towards the rear, compared to the rear of the waist area and the upper part of the back panel.
- The aforementioned opening means A right-handed cord-like body whose base end is attached to a portion to the left of the longitudinal center of the band-like body, and whose tip extends beyond the longitudinal center of the band-like body to the right side of the waist portion, A right opening locking portion is provided on the right side of the waist area, which detachably locks the tip of the right cord-like body, A left-hand cord-like body whose base end is attached to a portion to the right of the longitudinal center of the band-like body, and whose tip extends beyond the longitudinal center of the band-like body to the left side of the waist area, It comprises a left opening locking portion provided on the left side of the waist area, which detachably locks the tip of the left cord-like body, The breathable trousers according to claim 1, characterized in that the tip of the right string-like body and the tip of the left string-like body are locked to the right opening locking portion and the left opening locking portion, respectively, thereby reducing the distance between the base end of the right string-like body and the base end of the left string-like body and curving the band-like body.
- A right guide is provided in the area to the right of the rear center of the waist area, through which the band-shaped body is inserted, The waist area is provided with a left guide located to the left of the rear center, through which the band-shaped body is inserted, The breathable trousers according to claim 2, characterized in that when the tip of the right string-like body and the tip of the left string-like body are locked to the right opening locking portion and the left opening locking portion, respectively, the right guide causes the band-like body to curve forward in a convex shape between the longitudinal center portion of the band-like body and the right side portion, and the left guide causes the band-like body to curve forward in a convex shape between the longitudinal center portion of the band-like body and the left side portion .
- The breathable trousers according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that a hook having a downward-facing groove is provided on the rear of the back panel .
Description
This invention relates to breathable trousers, and more particularly, to breathable trousers that allow for ventilation of the rear waist area of the trousers as needed. Conventionally, a garment is known that uses a blower to supply air into the garment and blow it towards the wearer's neck and armpits for air cooling. This garment, described in Patent Document 1 below, has an internal space formed between its outer and inner layers. A blower installed in the outer layer supplies air to this internal space, and the air is blown out from guide openings in the inner layer towards the wearer's neck and armpits. This garment allows for reliable guidance of air supplied by a blower located at the bottom of the outer layer to guide openings at the top of the inner layer, effectively cooling the wearer's neck and armpits. However, the garment described in Patent Document 1 does not anticipate the use of a fan installed in the jacket to blow air into the trousers, and therefore has the drawback of not being able to air-cool the wearer's lower body. Therefore, to date, a cooling garment capable of simultaneously cooling not only the upper body but also the lower body of the wearer using a fan installed in the jacket has been proposed, as described in Patent Document 2 below. However, the air-conditioned garment described in Patent Document 2, regarding its trousers, has a close-fitting section at the upper end of the trousers that fits snugly against the wearer's waist, and a simple ventilation section below this close-fitting section. This ventilation section basically opens in the front-to-back direction. Therefore, as shown in Figure 8(b) of Patent Document 2, when the lower end (hem) of the jacket with the air blower is fitted snugly against the trousers below the ventilation section from the outside, depending on the degree of contact, it may not be possible to secure sufficient space between the trousers and the wearer in the ventilation section and the area below it, resulting in insufficient cooling of the lower body. Furthermore, the air-conditioned trousers described in Patent Document 2 have a drawback: because the ventilation openings are always open, even if the wearer does not wish to have their lower body cooled by air, such as during winter work, it is not possible to stop the ventilation inside the trousers. Patent No. 6502033Patent No. 6827482 This is a partial right side view of a breathable trouser according to an embodiment of the present invention. This is a partial right side view showing the ventilation opening of the ventilated trousers in the open position. This is a cross-sectional view of the main part of the ventilated trousers, showing the ventilated openings in the open position. This is a cross-sectional view of the main part of the ventilated trousers showing the ventilated openings closed. This is a longitudinal cross-sectional view of the main part showing the state in which the breathable trousers are worn with the ventilation openings opened, and a jacket with a fan is also worn. This is a cross-sectional view of the main part of a breathable trousers according to another embodiment of the present invention. This is a cross-sectional view of the main part of a breathable trouser according to yet another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in Figure 1, the breathable trousers 10 of this embodiment consist of a waist section 1 that surrounds the entire circumference of the wearer's torso, and a front panel 2 and a back panel 3 that cover the wearer's lower body. As shown in Figure 2, a vertically opening, openable and closable ventilation opening 4 is provided between the rear of the waist section 1 and the upper part of the back panel 3. The waist area 1 and the front of the front panel 2 have a front opening 11 that can be opened and closed with a slide fastener (not shown). In addition to the slide fastener, other fasteners such as snaps, buttons, or hooks can be used as appropriate for opening and closing the front opening 11. The upper outer surface of the waistband 1 is provided with multiple belt loops 12, 12..., and the breathable trousers 10 can be worn by inserting a belt 13 through these belt loops 12 and wrapping it around the outer surface of the waistband 1 and tightening it. Furthermore, the left and right sides of the upper part of the waistband 1 have elastic sections 14 made of rubber or similar material, allowing each elastic section 14 to be stretched and contracted as needed. In this embodiment, the upper part of the front panel 2 of the breathable trousers 10 is joined to the front of the waistband 1, while the upper part of the back panel 3 is not joined to the waistband 1 and is separate. As a result, as shown in Figure 2, when the upper part of the back panel 3 is moved backward, a ventilation opening 4 that opens vertically is formed between the rear of the waistband 1 and the upper part of the back panel 3. The front edge of the back panel 3, except
