On the upper side of the extension rod, a group of annular nozzles is provided, each of which is roughly rectangular in shape, with pipes through which cleaning water flows connected to the inside. The cleaning device according to claim 2 , characterized in that the upper injection nozzle is provided as the injection nozzle on the upper side of the annular nozzle group, and the lower injection nozzle is provided on the lower side of the annular nozzle group.
  4. The cleaning device according to claim 3 , characterized in that side spray nozzles for spraying cleaning water outward in the left-right direction are provided on both the left and right sides of the annular nozzle group.
  5. A second cargo bed water sprayer is installed, which sprays cleaning water toward the inner surface of the rear door of the cargo bed. The second cargo bed water cannon is equipped with multiple rear spray nozzles positioned horizontally above and in front of the open rear door, which spray cleaning water toward the inner surface of the rear door. The cleaning device according to any one of claims 1 to 4 , characterized in that the rear spray nozzle is tiltable to the rear.

Description

The technical field of the cleaning apparatus described herein relates to a cleaning apparatus for cleaning the bed of a dump truck by spraying cleaning water onto the bed. As a car wash machine for cleaning the cargo bed of a vehicle, Patent Document 1 describes a car wash machine comprising a base that can move in the front-to-rear direction of the vehicle, and a nozzle supported by the base that sprays liquid toward the cargo bed. Japanese Patent Publication No. 2023-111699 This is a front view of the cleaning device according to the first embodiment. This is a plan view of the cleaning device. This is a left side view of the cleaning device. This is a view of the washing device and the left side of a dump truck parked in a parking area with its cargo bed tilted downwards at the rear. This is a plan view of the washing equipment and a dump truck parked in the parking area. This is a block diagram of the control unit of the cleaning device according to the embodiment. This is a front view of the cleaning device according to the second embodiment. This is a plan view of the cleaning device. This is a left side view of the cleaning device. This is a plan view of the washing equipment and a dump truck parked in the parking area. This is a view of the washing device and the left side of a dump truck parked in a parking area with its cargo bed tilted downwards at the rear. (First Embodiment) Hereinafter, a first embodiment of the cleaning apparatus of the present invention will be described with reference to Figures 1 to 6. Note that the scope of the present invention is not limited to the scope disclosed in the embodiments. As shown in Figures 4 and 5, the cleaning apparatus according to the first embodiment comprises a parking area 100 where a dump truck 700 is parked, a first cargo bed water dispenser 310 provided on a base 170 at the rear of the parking area 100 and spraying cleaning water CL toward the floor 711 of the cargo bed 710, and a second cargo bed water dispenser 350 spraying cleaning water CL toward the inner surface 721 of the rear door 720 of the cargo bed 710. The first cargo bed water sprayer 310 sprays cleaning water CL toward the cargo bed 710, which is tilted downwards at the rear (upwards at the front), and includes an up-down tilting mechanism 320 that tilts the direction of the spraying cleaning water CL in the up-down (front-back) direction, and a left-right tilting mechanism 330 that tilts it in the left-right direction. In this specification, the orientation of the cleaning device is such that the station 100 side is considered the front, and the base 170 side, where the first cargo bed water sprayer 310 and the second cargo bed water sprayer 350 are installed, is considered the rear. Up, down, left, and right refer to the orientation of the cleaning device when viewed from the front, and in the illustrations, F indicates front, B indicates rear, U indicates up, D indicates down, L indicates left, and R indicates right. The first cargo bed water cannon 310 is installed on the base 170 and, as shown in Figures 4 and 5, is a water cannon that sprays cleaning water CL towards the inside of the floor 711 and side walls 712 of the cargo bed 710, which is tilted downwards at the rear (upwards at the front). As shown in Figures 3 and 4, the first cargo bed water cannon 310 is equipped with a first spray nozzle 311 and a second spray nozzle 312 for spraying cleaning water CL. The first spray nozzle 311 and the second spray nozzle 312 are inclined relative to each other so as to have an opening angle in the vertical direction (front-back direction). Specifically, the spray direction of the second spray nozzle 312 is provided on the extension of the axis of the cylindrical first cargo bed water cannon 310, and the spray direction of the first spray nozzle 311 is provided with an opening angle of 45° (preferably 30 to 90°) upwards from the spray direction of the second spray nozzle 312. The first injection nozzle 311 and the second injection nozzle 312 are positioned at an angle to each other in the vertical direction. This arrangement widens the vertical range of the first cargo bed water cannon 310, thereby reducing the vertical tilt angle (vertical tilt angle α1) of the vertical tilt mechanism 320 (described later), and thus reducing the load on the vertical tilt mechanism 320. As shown in Figures 3 and 4, the first cargo bed water cannon 310 can be tilted vertically by the vertical tilting mechanism 320 at a swing angle of vertical tilting angle α1, and as shown in Figures 2 and 5, it can be tilted horizontally by the horizontal tilting mechanism 330 at a swing angle of horizontal tilting angle β1. The first cargo bed water cannon 310 sprays cleaning water CL towards the floor 711 of the tilted cargo bed 710, and cleans while tilting the direction of spraying the cleaning water CL in the vertical tilting mechanism 320 and the horizontal tilting mechanism 330 in the vertical and horizontal directions
