Description

This invention relates to a cleansing agent. More specifically, it relates to a hair cleansing agent. Traditionally, foaming cleansers have used those containing sulfate-type anionic surfactants. While such cleansers easily impart viscosity to hair cosmetics and produce excellent foam, they risk causing skin irritation and discomfort after use (tightness, dryness). Therefore, there has been a need for a cleansing agent containing an anionic surfactant other than sulfate-type surfactants, possessing a viscosity suitable for hair cosmetics, and exhibiting excellent foaming properties. For example, Patent Document 1 proposes a composition containing, in an aqueous medium, at least 1) a sulfonate mixture comprising a) an internal olefin sulfonate (A) having 16 carbon atoms and b) an internal olefin sulfonate (B) having 18 carbon atoms, wherein the mass ratio (A/B) of component (A) to component (B) in the sulfonate mixture is 75/25 to 90/10, preferably 80/20 to 85/15, and the mass ratio of the hydroxy-type compound present in internal olefin sulfonates (A) and (B) to the olefin-type compound present in internal olefin sulfonates (A) and (B) is 75/25 to 100/0, preferably 80/20 to 95/5; and 2) at least one foaming enhancer or foaming promoter. Japanese Patent Publication No. 2015-178467 However, the composition described in Patent Document 1 required the use of a specific sulfonate mixture as the anionic surfactant, which limited the formulation. Therefore, there is still a need for the development of a cleansing agent that has suitable viscosity for hair cosmetics and excellent foaming properties, while keeping the amount of sulfate-type surfactant low. The inventors of this invention conducted diligent research to solve the above problems and, as a result, discovered that the above problems can be solved by simultaneously incorporating (A) anionic surfactants other than sulfate surfactants, (B) amphoteric surfactants, and (C) unneutralized higher fatty acids with 10 to 18 carbon atoms into a detergent while suppressing the amount of sulfate-type surfactants, and further adjusting the content of components (A) to (C). This led to the completion of the present invention. The present invention provides the following: [1] (A) Anionic surfactants other than sulfate-type surfactants, (B) an amphoteric surfactant, and (C) an unneutralized higher fatty acid having 10 to 18 carbon atoms. A cleaning agent containing, The content of component (A) is 6.0% by mass or more and 12% by mass or less, relative to the total amount of the detergent. The content of component (B) is 3.0% by mass or more and 11% by mass or less, relative to the total amount of the detergent. The content of component (C) is 0.1% by mass or more and 1.0% by mass or less, relative to the total amount of the detergent. The content of sulfate-type surfactant is less than 0.1% by mass relative to the total amount of the detergent. Cleansing agent. [2] The detergent according to [1], wherein the anionic surfactant other than the sulfate-type surfactant (A) comprises at least one selected from the group consisting of acyl amino acid-type surfactants, acyl taurine-type surfactants, alkyl glycol carboxylic acid-type surfactants, and sulfonate-type surfactants. [3] The cleansing agent according to [1] or [2], wherein the (B) amphoteric surfactant comprises at least one selected from the group consisting of alkyl betaine, cocamidopropyl betaine, and imidazolinium betaine. [4] The detergent according to any one of [1] to [3], wherein the unneutralized higher fatty acid having 10 to 18 carbon atoms in (C) is at least one selected from the group consisting of capric acid, lauric acid, myristic acid, palmitic acid, isostearic acid, and stearic acid. [5] (D) A washing agent according to any one of [1] to [4], further comprising cation-modified galactomannan. [6] The detergent according to [5], wherein the content of component (D) is 0.1% by mass or more and 1.0% by mass or less with respect to the total amount of the detergent. [7] A hair cleansing product, as described in any of [1] to [6]. According to the present invention, a cleansing agent is provided that has a viscosity suitable for use as a hair cosmetic while exhibiting excellent foaming properties. [Cleaning agent] The cleansing agent according to the present invention contains (A) an anionic surfactant other than a sulfate-type surfactant, (B) an amphoteric surfactant, and (C) an unneutralized higher fatty acid having 10 to 18 carbon atoms as essential components. Furthermore, the cleansing agent according to the present invention may also contain (D) cationic modified galactomannan, a cationic polymer, a nonionic surfactant, and other components, depending on the purpose. In addition, the content of sulfate-type surfactant in the cleansing agent according to the present invention is less than 0.1% by mass, and more preferably less than 0.01% by mass, based on the total amount of the cleansing agent.
