Description

<Non-axisymmetric structure of external vibrators> The non-axisymmetric structure of the external vibrator will be described in detail below with reference to Figures 2, 4 to 6C. Figure 6A is a schematic cross-sectional view showing the external vibrator with the fixed part removed. Figure 6B is a bottom view of the external vibrator shown in Figure 6A, viewed from below. Figure 6C is a schematic cross-sectional view along the VIC-VIC line in Figure 6A. In this modified example, as shown in Figures 12A and 12B, the cylinder portion 32 has a main portion 324 integrally formed with the attenuator portion 33 and a weight member 325. The main portion 324 has, for example, a substantially uniform thickness s1 around its entire circumference. The weight member 325 is located inside the main portion 324 in the second cylinder portion 322 and is in contact with the inner surface of the main portion 324. The weight member 325 is, for example, a semi-cylindrical shape extending in the first direction Z. The thickness s2 of the second cylinder portion 322 in the second direction X is the sum of the thickness of the main portion 324 and the weight member 325. Therefore, it is greater than the thickness s1 of the first cylinder portion 321 by the thickness of the weight member 325.
