Description

The air conditioner according to this disclosure comprises a box-shaped housing having an intake port and an outlet formed in a top panel that constitutes the top surface; a fan provided inside the housing that draws in air from the intake port and blows out the air from the outlet; a heat exchanger provided inside the housing that exchanges heat between the air and a heat transfer medium; a top cover that covers the upper part of the housing; and a duct connecting member provided on the top cover to which an outlet duct is connected, wherein the top cover constitutes the top surface and covers the entire top panel , and is formed on the top surface, The duct connecting member has a first opening that communicates with the air outlet, and a first vertical wall portion that surrounds the first opening and protrudes upward, and the duct connecting member has a second opening that communicates with the air outlet, a second vertical wall portion that surrounds the second opening and protrudes upward, to which the air outlet duct is fixed by a fixing member, and a flange portion that is provided at the lower end of the second vertical wall portion and extends outward, the second vertical wall portion being arranged to surround the first vertical wall portion of the top cover, and the flange portion being fixed to the upper surface of the top cover by a fixing member.
