KR-102951769-B1 - METHOD AND APPARTUS FOR GENERATING AND MANAGING DERIVATIVES CORRESPONDING TO NON-FUNCGIBLE OBJECT
Abstract
The embodiments describe a method for creating and managing a derivative corresponding to an NFO, comprising the steps of: identifying a first real-world object to which a first IC is applied; creating a first NFO corresponding to the first real-world object, wherein the first NFO includes a first ILC created based on the first IC; recording the first NFO on a blockchain network based on the first ILC; and registering the first NFO on a service platform, wherein the first NFO may include an original NFT corresponding to the first real-world object and at least one additional NFT.

- In Article 1, A method for creating and managing derivative products, wherein at least one digital object is created in the same form as the first real object or in a form with some different features.
- In Paragraph 3, A method for creating and managing derivative products, wherein at least one digital object is created in a form that differs from the first real object in some features, and the at least one digital object is created in a form that differs from the first real object in color, brightness, saturation, latitude, size, and arrangement.
- In Paragraph 3, When the above at least one digital object is generated in a form that differs in some features from the first reality object, the above at least one digital object is generated in a form that assigns characters and images generated based on generative artificial intelligence to the first reality object, wherein A method for creating and managing derivative products, wherein at least one digital object is modified or tuned only to the extent that its association with the first real object is maintained.

- In Article 1, A method for creating and managing derivative products, wherein when the owner of the first real object and the first NFO changes from the first owner account to the second owner account, the service platform automatically generates value information of the first NFO based on the transaction information recorded in the blockchain network and records it in the blockchain network.
- In Article 1, A method for creating and managing derivative products, wherein when the owner of the first real object and the first NFO is changed from the first owner account to the second owner account, the service platform changes only the original NFT from the first owner account to the second owner account without changing the at least one token for the at least one additional NFT, and records the changed information on the blockchain network.
- A computer program stored on a computer-readable medium to execute a method according to any one of claims 1, 3 through 5, and 8 through 9 in combination with hardware.
Description
Method and apparatus for generating and managing derivatives corresponding to a non-fungible object The embodiments relate to a method and apparatus for creating and managing derivatives corresponding to a non-fungible object (NFO). More specifically, it relates to a method and device for creating and managing additional NFTs based on real-world object (physical)-based NFOs. Along with the recent advancements in blockchain technology, Non-fungible Token (NFT) technology, which authenticates originals, is also developing. NFTs can be implemented by recording transactions for tokens that are distinguishable by unit on the blockchain and linking these tokens to external data. Since the linked tokens for specific data are recorded on the blockchain in a distributed manner, NFTs for specific data may be impossible to tamper with, and verifying the NFT can authenticate that the actual specific data is the original. However, objects that can be authenticated as originals using NFTs may be digital data, and authentication cannot be performed on physical objects in reality. Here, if NFT authentication technology can be applied to physical objects in reality, authenticating the originals of physical objects such as artworks or historical artifacts can be facilitated, and it can be effective in managing such objects. Taking the above points into consideration, the following describes how to create and manage NFOs corresponding to NFTs. Additionally, it describes how to create and manage additional NFTs along with the original NFT of the NFO. FIG. 1 is a drawing illustrating an example of an operating environment of a system according to one embodiment of the present specification. FIG. 2 is a block diagram for explaining the internal configuration of a computing device (200) in one embodiment of the present specification. FIG. 3a is a diagram illustrating a method for creating and managing NFOs in one embodiment of the present specification. FIG. 3b is a diagram illustrating a method for creating and managing NFOs in one embodiment of the present specification. FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating a method for creating and managing additional NFOs based on an original NFO in one embodiment of the present specification. FIG. 5 is a diagram showing the relationship between the original NFT and the additional NFT in one embodiment of the present specification. In describing the embodiments of this specification, if it is determined that a detailed description of known configurations or functions could obscure the essence of the embodiments of this specification, such detailed description is omitted. Additionally, parts of the drawings unrelated to the description of the embodiments of this specification have been omitted, and similar parts are denoted by similar reference numerals. In the embodiments of this specification, when a component is described as being "connected," "combined," or "joined" with another component, this may include not only a direct connection but also an indirect connection in which another component exists in between. Furthermore, when a component is described as "comprising" or "having" another component, this means that, unless specifically stated otherwise, it does not exclude the other component but may include additional components. In the embodiments of this specification, terms such as first, second, etc. are used solely for the purpose of distinguishing one component from another component and do not limit the order or importance of the components unless specifically stated otherwise. Accordingly, within the scope of the embodiments of this specification, the first component in an embodiment may be referred to as the second component in another embodiment, and likewise, the second component in an embodiment may be referred to as the first component in another embodiment. In the embodiments of this specification, distinct components are intended to clearly explain their respective features and do not imply that the components are necessarily separated.
