Abstract

A window frame heating device is disclosed. A window frame heating device according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: a first clamp body; a second clamp body coupled to the first clamp body by a first hinge; a rotating body coupled to the front of the second clamp body by a second hinge; a first heating plate coupled to the front of the first clamp body; a second heating plate coupled to the second clamp body and facing the first heating plate; and a power supply unit coupled to the first clamp body or the second clamp body and supplying power to the first heating plate and the second heating plate. Since the first heating plate and the second heating plate can heat the rail of a window frame having a predetermined thickness by pressing against it from both sides, the window frame can be heated uniformly and effectively, thereby minimizing damage to the PVC window frame during winter.

Description

Heating Device for Window Frame The present invention relates to a window frame heating device, and more specifically, to a heating device for preventing damage occurring during the processing of a window frame during winter. PVC windows are widely used in buildings due to their excellent thermal insulation and cost-effectiveness; however, PVC material is sensitive to temperature and has the characteristic of deteriorating physical properties and easily breaking in winter. During the manufacturing process of PVC window frames, the drilling of drainage holes is primarily carried out in the rail sections of the frame; however, there is a problem where breakage frequently occurs during processing due to increased brittleness of the PVC material caused by low temperatures during winter. To address these issues, workers typically heat the material for a certain period using a heat source such as a hair dryer or hot air blower before proceeding with the perforation work; however, since this method relies on the worker's subjective judgment, it is difficult to guarantee consistent quality, and excessive heating can lead to problems such as material discoloration or damage to the mohair. Due to these problems, not only is there a loss of raw materials, but additional losses are also occurring, such as manpower and time invested in processing operations. Therefore, there is a need to develop an effective heating method and device that can minimize damage and ensure consistent quality during the processing of PVC window frame rails. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a window frame heating device according to one embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a bottom perspective view of a window frame heating device according to one embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 3 shows a front view of a window frame heating device according to one embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 4 shows a rear view of a window frame heating device according to one embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 5 shows a side view of a window frame heating device according to one embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 6 is a perspective view of a window frame heating device according to one embodiment of the present invention in a pressed state. FIG. 7 shows a side view of a window frame heating device according to one embodiment of the present invention in a pressed state. FIG. 8 shows a diagram of the usage state of a window frame heating device according to one embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 9 shows a diagram of the usage state in which a plurality of window frame heating devices are connected according to one embodiment of the present invention. Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings. However, in describing the present invention, descriptions of already known functions or configurations are omitted in order to clarify the gist of the invention. The X, Y, and Z axes shown in the drawing are arbitrarily determined for the convenience of explanation rather than for the purpose of limiting rights; the X-axis is defined to indicate the forward (towards the arrow) and backward (opposite side of the arrow) directions, the Y-axis to indicate the left and right directions, and the Z-axis to indicate the up and down directions.
