Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for early demolding of lower support members in a slab formwork structure comprising a plate, a joist member arranged horizontally below the plate, a yoke member arranged in a direction orthogonal to the lower part of the joist member, and a main support connected to the lower part of the yoke member to support a load from the ground, comprising: a step of confirming that concrete poured into the slab formwork structure has reached a preset early strength (S100); a step of connecting one or more truss brackets and sub-supports to the main support when the poured concrete has reached the preset early strength (S200); a step of distributing the slab load by adjusting the height of the sub-support so that the sub-support supports the plate at a position spaced apart from the main support (S300); and a step of lowering the main support from a normal support height to release the slab load applied to the main support and gradually transfer it to the sub-support (S400). The present invention relates to a method for early demolding of a slab formwork structure using a bracket support device, characterized by comprising the step (S500) of dismantling and demolding the yoke member supported and installed by the main support and the joist member supported by the yoke member; wherein, after the step S500, the height of the main support is readjusted and retained as a filler support during the curing period of the slab concrete.

Description

Bracket Support Device and Early Formwork Removal Method for Slab Formwork Structure Using the Same The present invention relates to a bracket support device configured to enable early demolding of lower support members of a slab formwork structure, such as joists or yoke members, before securing the compressive strength of the slab concrete according to standard specifications, and a method for early demolding of a slab formwork structure using the same. A general slab formwork method mainly applies a method in which formwork panels such as plywood are supported by joists made of square timbers, round steel pipes, or square steel pipes, and then supported again by yoke members made of square timbers, while the lower part of the yoke members is supported by multiple supports (also called 'shoring') so that the slab load is transferred to the lower part. In this slab formwork method, the support is retained for a long period until the slab concrete approaches the design strength. However, the longer the removal of the support is delayed, the more subsequent processes such as burying pipes and electrical wiring or interior finishing are delayed, which prolongs the overall construction period. Additionally, as the support materials remain tied up on site, rental and storage costs also increase. Accordingly, conventionally, when constructing slabs, the slab formwork is supported using only some supports under conditions that satisfy design standards, and the remaining supports are removed and reused. In other words, under conditions that satisfy concrete design standards, it is acceptable to support the slab with only a few supports without slab formwork; however, conventionally, since there is no way to remove the lower support members of the slab formwork while leaving the supports in place, a small number of supports are used without removing the slab formwork. Meanwhile, there have also been attempts to distribute the load by installing additional auxiliary beams (yokes) or trusses on top of the supports to facilitate the early demolding process for slab formwork. However, since the yoke and truss are installed across the bottom of the slab, dismantling itself is cumbersome, and there is a problem that local deflection may occur, especially because the load in the center of the slab is still concentrated on the main support. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an apparatus of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a truss bracket and a sub-support according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing a fastener of a sub-support according to one embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 4 is a drawing showing a height adjustment method of a mounting member of a sub-support according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIGS. 5a to 5f are process-by-process drawings for explaining the method of the present invention. In describing the present invention, terms and words used in this specification and claims must be interpreted in a meaning and concept consistent with the technical spirit of the invention, based on the principle that the inventor can appropriately define the concept of the terms to best describe his invention. Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. Referring to FIG. 1, the device of the present invention may include a main support (10), a truss bracket (20) coupled to the main support (10), and a sub-support (30) coupled to the truss bracket (20) and performing a support function in place of the main support (10) during the early demolding process of the slab formwork. The above main support (10) can support the load until the concrete poured for the construction of the slab hardens and has sufficient strength. For example, the above main support (10) is vertically connected to the lower part of the yoke member (3), which is a horizontal member constituting the slab formwork, and can support the load of the slab formwork as well as the concrete poured into the formwork. The above main support (10) may have a structure that allows for length adjustment so as to flexibly respond to changes in floor height. The above main support (10) may have a conventional multi-support structure as shown in FIG. 1, and may have two or more unit modules connected and extended in a vertical direction through bolt fastening, etc., so that the length is adjusted, or it may have a double tube structure consisting of an outer tube and an inner tube inserted and received inside the outer tube, and the insertion position of the inner tube is adjusted and fixed by a fixing device so that the total length is variable. The above truss bracket (20) can be detachably coupled to a selected side of the main support (10). The above truss bracket (20) is configured to connect the sub-support (30) described below to the main support (10), and can have a truss structure capable of stably distributing and
