Abstract

A pole support device for reinforcing the lower support of a pole according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a support frame installed along the outer circumference of the lower end of a pole in the form of a disc, having a seating surface and a plurality of sliding guides arranged radially with respect to the pole's erection axis on the seating surface; a pole main body extending radially and supported by being seated on the seating surface of the support frame and capable of sliding along the sliding guides; and an expansion adjustment unit comprising a rack installed along the radial direction on one side of the pole main body and a pinion installed to mesh with the rack on the seating surface of the support frame and having a connecting part to which a rotary operating mechanism can be connected, wherein the rack moves radially according to the rotation of the pinion resulting from the operation of the rotary operating mechanism, thereby expanding the support width from the erection axis to the front end of the pole main body.

Claims (3)

  1. In a pole foundation device for reinforcing support at the lower part of a pole, A support frame installed along the outer circumference of the lower part of the utility pole in the shape of a disc, having a seating surface and a plurality of sliding guides arranged radially with respect to the erection axis of the utility pole on the seating surface; A main body extending in the above radial direction and supported on the seating surface of the support frame, capable of sliding along the sliding guide; and A pole support device comprising: a rack installed along the radial direction on the above-mentioned main body; a pinion installed to mesh with the rack on the seating surface of the above-mentioned support frame and having a connecting part to which a rotary operating mechanism can be connected, wherein the rack moves in the radial direction according to the rotation of the pinion resulting from the operation of the rotary operating mechanism, thereby expanding the support width from the erecting axis to the front end of the above-mentioned main body.
  2. In paragraph 1, A through hole is formed at one location of the support frame along the upright direction of the utility pole, and A pole foundation device further comprising an expansion deformation fixing member in which the pole foundation is fixedly supported on the lower ground by means of the expansion deformation fixing member, the expansion deformation fixing member comprising: a tubular body portion inserted and installed through the above-mentioned through hole; a flange portion provided on one side of the body portion to contact and support the upper surface of the foundation body in the upright direction; a threaded portion formed on the inner circumference of the other side of the body portion and embedded in the lower ground where the foundation body is installed; and a deformation portion provided to be embedded between the threaded portion and the flange portion and configured to expand and deform in the radial direction of the axis by means of an expansion operating mechanism that is screw-coupled with the threaded portion while supporting the flange portion.
  3. In paragraph 1, A utility pole foundation device comprising a horizontal portion that contacts and supports the upper surface of the above-mentioned foundation body, and a vertical portion that is bent and extended vertically along the uprighting direction of the above-mentioned pole at both ends of the horizontal portion to contact and support both sides of the above-mentioned foundation body, and further comprising a fastening member that fixes and connects the above-mentioned foundation body to the support frame so as to allow the foundation body to slide.

Description

Underbracing device for electric pole having width expansion in radial direction The present invention relates to a pole foundation device for reinforcing the lower support of a pole, which is installed on one side of the lower portion of a pole on which a power distribution line is installed in the air to strengthen the support capacity against the ground. When installing utility poles to support overhead power lines, a supporting reinforcement structure may be installed at the base of the pole to prevent the pole from collapsing or tilting. The support structure comprises a support block, which is a concrete structure of a certain size, and U-shaped bolts (U-bolts) and nuts for securing the support block to the utility pole. This foundation is installed by using manpower or equipment to excavate a pole hole into which the pole will be inserted and erecting the pole, then excavating an additional foundation hole to a depth greater than the pole hole, positioning a foundation block in the foundation hole, inserting U-bolts through the through holes formed in the foundation block while wrapping around the outer circumference of the pole, and finally tightening nuts to securely fasten the pole and foundation block together. However, since foundation blocks are heavy concrete structures that are difficult to transport, and due to the nature of their weight, it is difficult to diversify their size and shape, their supporting capacity is limited. Additionally, because utility poles have a gradient shape where the diameter narrows toward the top, if external forces are continuously applied, the fastening parts of the U-bolts may loosen, causing play and potentially leading to a decrease in supporting capacity.
