Claims (3)
- In a pole foundation device for reinforcing support at the lower part of a pole, A support frame installed along the outer circumference of the lower portion of a utility pole buried underground in the form of a disc, and having a fastening support portion having a root settling surface, a root support portion extending upright from the root settling surface, and a first fastening portion formed at the end of the root support portion; A root body having a fastening hole formed through the lower portion of the above-mentioned pole, extending horizontally with respect to the uprighting direction of the above-mentioned pole and installed on the root support surface, and into which the root support member is inserted; and A pole anchoring device comprising a fastening fixing part that fixes the pole anchoring body to the support frame, the fastening part which is provided on the opposite side of the anchoring surface with respect to the pole anchoring body and to which a fastening operating part can be connected, and a second fastening part which is mutually coupled with a first fastening part of the fastening support part according to the operation of the fastening operating part.
- In paragraph 1, An auxiliary support member having a curved support surface arranged to contact along the outer surface of the utility pole, installed at an upper support position spaced a predetermined height from the main body of the support member in the upright direction; and It further includes an auxiliary frame having an auxiliary support member that fixes and supports the auxiliary support member, and an auxiliary frame connecting member that extends from one side of the auxiliary support member along the outer surface of the utility pole toward the support frame. The above support frame is a utility pole foundation device further comprising a support frame connecting part having a fitting groove formed therein, which is spaced apart from the outer surface of the utility pole at a predetermined distance and arranged to surround the outer surface of the utility pole, and which supports the auxiliary frame connecting part by fitting it in between the outer surface of the utility pole.
- In paragraph 2, The above auxiliary frame is provided to be adjustable in length in the upright direction between the auxiliary support member and the auxiliary frame connection member, thereby further including a support range variable member that allows the support range in the upright direction between the lower support position where the main body of the foundation supports the pole and the upper support position by the auxiliary support member to be variable.
Description
Underbracing device for electric pole with improved bolting structure The present invention relates to a pole foundation device for reinforcing the lower support of a pole, which is installed on one side of the lower portion of a pole on which a power distribution line is installed in the air to strengthen the support capacity against the ground. When installing utility poles to support overhead power lines, a supporting reinforcement structure may be installed at the base of the pole to prevent the pole from collapsing or tilting. The support structure comprises a support block, which is a concrete structure of a certain size, and U-shaped bolts (U-bolts) and nuts for securing the support block to the utility pole. This foundation is installed by using manpower or equipment to excavate a pole hole into which the pole will be inserted and erecting the pole, then excavating an additional foundation hole to a depth greater than the pole hole, positioning a foundation block in the foundation hole, inserting U-bolts through the through holes formed in the foundation block while wrapping around the outer circumference of the pole, and finally tightening nuts to securely fasten the pole and foundation block together. Here, since the foundation pit is excavated with the minimum area required for the installation of the foundation, the worker may experience significant inconvenience when using tools to fasten U-bolts and nuts in the narrow space within the foundation pit. In addition, there is a problem where interference between the tool and the foundation block or between the tool and the foundation pit occurs continuously, causing the work time to be unnecessarily prolonged and work efficiency to be reduced. Furthermore, since foundation blocks are heavy concrete bodies, they are difficult to transport, and due to their heavy nature, it is difficult to diversify their size and shape, which limits their supporting capacity. Additionally, because utility poles have a gradient shape where the diameter narrows toward the top, if external forces are continuously applied, the fastening parts of the U-bolts may loosen, causing play and potentially leading to a decrease in supporting capacity.
