Abstract
The present invention relates to a tilt fixing device for a utility pole supporting an overhead power distribution line, comprising: a support frame fixedly installed on the ground along the outer circumference of the lower portion of the ground of a vertically buried utility pole; a tilt adjustment unit including a pusher installed on the support frame so as to be movable in the radial direction of the vertical axis of the utility pole and having a pressing surface at the inner end of the radial direction that contacts the outer surface of the utility pole, and a tilt adjustment unit that adjusts the tilt of the utility pole by moving the pusher, which is in contact with the outer surface of the utility pole at a pressing position selected according to the direction of the tilt of the utility pole relative to the vertical axis, inward in the radial direction. The tilt fixing part may include a plurality of wedge members arranged at predetermined intervals along the outer circumference of the lower part of the utility pole above ground, supported by the support frame so as to be driven downward along the upright axis, and having wedge ends extended toward the ground; and a wedge receiving support member buried underground in an area corresponding to the plurality of wedge members along the outer circumference of the lower part of the utility pole above ground such that the upper end is exposed from the ground, and having a wedge receiving space provided to receive and support the wedge ends at a predetermined width from the outer surface of the utility pole in the radial direction of the upright axis, wherein the wedge members driven downward are inserted between the outer surface of the utility pole with the adjusted tilt and the wedge receiving support member to fix the tilt of the utility pole. According to this, when restoring and fixing the tilt of the utility pole to an upright state, the tilt of the utility pole can be fixed more firmly, so the upright state can be maintained more stably and efficiently.

- In paragraph 1, The wedge end includes a wedge catch projection protruding radially from the erection axis, and The above wedge receiving support member is a tilt fixing device comprising a wedge locking groove formed to allow the wedge locking projection to be inserted while the wedge member is received in the wedge receiving space, thereby preventing movement in the opposite direction of the insertion direction of the wedge member.
- In paragraph 2, The above-mentioned tilt fixing part is, A wedge driving unit comprising a lifting carrier installed on the utility pole to be able to move up and down along the standing axis, a weight member having a predetermined weight mounted on the lifting carrier, and a striking unit provided to strike the upper ends of the plurality of wedge members, and a lift unit for driving the lifting carrier up and down; and A tilt fixing device further comprising a control unit that controls the lift unit to raise the lifting carrier to a predetermined striking height and then allow it to free fall, thereby causing the striking unit to strike the wedge member so that the wedge end is inserted between the outer surface of the utility pole and the wedge receiving support member.
Description
Overhead Distribution Line Pole Tilt Fixing Device with Underground Wedge Fixing Reinforcement The present invention relates to a device for a utility pole supporting an overhead power distribution line, and more specifically, to a device for restoring and fixing the inclination of a utility pole. Utility poles are buried at their lower ends underground to support overhead power lines and stand upright stably. However, due to factors such as ground subsidence, utility poles may inevitably tilt; once they begin to tilt, the weight of the pole and the power lines accelerates the tilt, potentially causing them to overturn in an instant. Accordingly, there may be a technology to restore the tilt by applying pressure to the pole in the opposite direction of the tilt. However, even with this technology, if no follow-up measures are taken after temporarily erecting the utility pole, a problem arises in which the pole is highly likely to tilt again later. FIG. 1 illustrates a utility pole tilt fixing device using a wedge member according to one embodiment of the present invention. Figure 2 is a perspective view of the utility pole tilt fixing device of Figure 1. FIG. 3 illustrates the ready-to-strike state for the wedge member in FIG. 1. Figure 4 illustrates the impact state of the wedge member following Figure 3. FIG. 5 illustrates the strike preparation state when the strike transmission unit in FIG. 1 is used. FIG. 6 illustrates the impact state when the impact transmission unit is used in continuation of FIG. 5.
