The current collector, which supplies power to enable a crane to move by connecting to the trolley bar, comprises a current collector bracket fixed to the crane, a brush arm connected to the current collector bracket by a spring so as to rotate up and down, and a brush housing connected to the trolley bar by being rotatably connected to a connecting part attached to the brush arm. A support member is attached to the lower side of the current collector to block excessive rotation of the brush arm caused by impact, thereby preventing the brush housing from detaching from the trolley bar. In the current collector, the support member is supported by penetrating a base part attached to the current collector bracket and a pair of fixing parts attached to the base part. A male screw part is formed in the support member penetrating the base part and the fixing parts, and the male screw part is screw-coupled to a nut attached between the fixing parts. The support member is of various shapes and sizes A device for preventing detachment and jamming of a collector is proposed, characterized by adjusting the front end height by rotating a male screw portion to accommodate various cranes, and having one side of a rotating member coupled to a support member so as to rotate, and the other side of the rotating member coupled to a brush arm so as to rotate together with the brush arm. Accordingly, the present invention has the effect of always supplying stable power to the crane by installing a support member and a rotating member on the lower side of the brush arm, configured to prevent the brush housing from detaching from the trolley bar due to impact during movement, thereby blocking the brush arm from rotating excessively downward. In addition, the rotation gap of the brush housing can be arbitrarily adjusted using the male screw part and nut of the support member, which has the advantage of being able to appropriately respond to various types of cranes.

Description

Device to prevent the current collector from coming off and getting stuck The present invention relates to a collector that supplies power to a crane connected to a trolley bar to enable movement, and more specifically, to a device for preventing the detachment and jamming of a collector by blocking excessive rotation of the brush housing caused by impact during movement, thereby preventing detachment from the trolley bar and ensuring a smooth power supply at all times. Generally, a current collector serves the role of receiving starting power by contacting a trolley bar installed on the upper side of the movement path to supply power to industrial equipment such as cranes. A trolley bar refers to a means for supplying power to moving machinery, such as various cranes, hoists, moving conveyor lines, soli conveyors, and stacker cranes, by supplying power to transport transfer trolleys. It is fixed to a fixing means, such as a clamp attached to a bracket installed along the movement path, to guide the movement of a collector. The collector maintains surface contact with a copper conductor inserted into the trolley bar even while moving, and performs the role of supplying power to the aforementioned moving objects. Such a trolley bar is equipped with multiple trolley bars, each having multiple power lines to supply power to moving bodies such as various cranes, thereby providing a system for supplying power to said moving bodies. FIG. 1 is a drawing showing a conventional trolley bar and a collector, wherein the trolley bar (10) is fixed by a plurality of hanger clamps (11) and hanger brackets (12), and a collector installed on various cranes contacts the fixed trolley bar (10) to receive power. The brush arm (30) is connected to a collector bracket (20) fixed to an overhead crane so that it can rotate up and down, and the collector bracket (20) and the brush arm (30) are connected by a spring (S). And a brush housing (50) is connected to a connecting part (40) attached to the front end of the brush arm (30) so that it can rotate left and right, and the brush housing (50) is configured to maintain a state of close contact with the trolley bar (10) by the elastic force of the spring (S). However, this conventional collector had a problem in that when the trolley bar (10) was bent by an external force, passed through a curved section, or when a step occurred between the interconnected trolley bars (10), the brush arm (30) rotated downward due to the impact during movement, causing the brush housing (50) to detach from the trolley bar (10). When the hoist becomes unusable due to these problems, it must be moved to the maintenance space by an external force. However, since the collector detached from the trolley bar (10) moves up and down and then rises due to the tension of the spring (S) and becomes suspended on the trolley bar (10), there was a problem in that repair and maintenance were not easy because movement became difficult due to interference with the hanger clamp (11) and hanger bracket (12). FIG. 1 is a front view of a conventional trolley bar and collector, FIG. 2 is a front view of a current collector in which a supporting member and a rotating member of the present invention are combined. FIG. 3 is a front view showing the operating state of a collector according to the present invention. FIG. 4 is a partial enlarged view of a collector according to the present invention. FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of a trolley bar and a collector housing according to the present invention. A preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings. The device for preventing detachment and jamming of the collector according to the present invention is installed on the lower side of the collector as shown in FIG. 2, and is configured to firmly support the brush arm (30) so as to prevent the brush housing (50) from detaching from the trolley bar (10) even if an impact is applied to the collector while it is moving. In the present invention, a support member (60) is protruded and coupled to the lower side of a collector bracket (20) that is fixed to various cranes, as shown in the enlarged view, and a pair of fixing members (61) are coupled to the lower side of the support member (60) at a spaced interval and forming a predetermined angle. A nut (N) is inserted between the fixed parts (61), and one end of a support member (70) that penetrates the base part (60) and the fixed part (61) is screwed into the nut (N) by a male screw part (71) and protrudes outward from the fixed part (61), and a first hinge shaft (72) is connected to the other end of the support member (70) that is extended toward the brush arm (30). One side of a rotating member (80), which is formed shorter than the length of the support member (70), is connected to the first hinge shaft (72) so that it can rotate up and down, and the other end of the rotating member (80) is connected to a sec
