KR-102961445-B1 - A method for providing customized medication information and a server that operates the same
Abstract
The present invention may include a method for providing customized medication information through a computing system, comprising: receiving medication notification input information from a user terminal or an external server; generating medication notification information indicating the medication to be taken by the user at a predetermined time according to the medication notification input information; providing the medication notification information to the user terminal when the predetermined time arrives; checking whether medication completion information regarding whether the medication has been completed by the user is received within a predetermined time; and, if medication completion information is not received within a predetermined time, transmitting a warning notification to one or more other user terminals pre-designated in relation to the user.

Description
A method for providing customized medication information and a server that operates the same The present invention relates to a method for providing customized medication information and a server operating the same, and to a technology that enables the provision of medication information to a user more efficiently. Recent research indicates that personalized medication information must be developed for the management of patients with chronic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes. To facilitate this medication management, some applications provide services that detect or record whether patients have taken their medication. However, existing technology has a limitation in that it merely notifies the user when they do not take the medication, relying solely on the user's willingness to take it, which makes continuous and systematic use difficult. FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a customized medication information system according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a flowchart for providing customized medication information according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIGS. 3 to 8 are exemplary diagrams of screens providing customized medication information according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 9 is a configuration diagram of a server according to an embodiment of the present invention. The terms used in this specification are for describing embodiments and are not intended to limit the invention. In this specification, the singular form includes the plural form unless specifically stated otherwise in the text. The terms "comprises" and/or "comprising" used in this specification do not exclude the presence or addition of one or more other components in addition to the components mentioned. Throughout the specification, the same reference numerals refer to the same components, and "and/or" includes each of the mentioned components and all combinations of one or more. Although terms such as "first," "second," etc., are used to describe various components, these components are not limited by these terms. These terms are used merely to distinguish one component from another. Therefore, the first component mentioned below may be the second component within the technical scope of the invention. When a part of a specification is described as "including" a certain component, this means that, unless specifically stated otherwise, it does not exclude other components but may include additional components. Furthermore, terms such as "...part" or "module" as used in the specification refer to a unit that processes at least one function or operation, and this may be implemented in hardware or software, or as a combination of hardware and software. FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a customized medication information system (10) according to an embodiment of the present invention. The customized medication information system (10) may include a user terminal (100), a server (200), a guardian terminal (300), and an external server (400), and each component is connected via a network. This customized medication information system (10) manages a patient's medication through a program such as an application, registers medication information through identification information such as QR codes to provide information about the medication, and performs the function of providing pharmacy information, hospital information, and disease information to the user. First, the user terminal (100) is an electronic device that can be used by a user who uses the customized medication information system (10) by running a program such as an application, and such user terminal (100) may be at least one of, for example, a smartphone, a tablet, a mobile phone, a laptop personal computer, a netbook computer, a workstation, or a wearable device, but is not limited thereto. The server (200) supports the user in using the customized medication information system function through a program (e.g., an application) installed on at least one of the user terminal (100), the guardian terminal (300), and the external server (400). This server (200) is an electronic device or program that provides a customized medication information service based on information collected from the user terminal (100), the guardian terminal (300), and the external server (400). The specific configuration and operation of the server (200) will be described through the drawings below. The guardian terminal (300) is a device used by a user (e.g., family) related to a patient (or user) who possesses the user terminal (100). The guardian terminal (300) receives a warning notification from the server (200) if the patient does not take the medication within a set time, thereby allowing the guardian to double-check whether the patient has taken the medication. In this document, the guardian terminal (300) is not necessarily a terminal used by a legal guardian in relation to the user, but can be defined as a terminal used by a related user
