Abstract

A plate assembly type cover structure is disclosed for preventing foreign substances from entering from the outside or gas or contaminants from leaking to the outside. The disclosed plate assembly type cover structure comprises: a frame structure in which connecting frames are joined along a certain direction between adjacent upper frames to form a plurality of openings along a certain direction; a plurality of cover plates joined to the frame structure to block each of the openings, each comprising a pair of lower protruding wings formed parallel to an upper plate and the lower surface of the upper plate, and inserted such that the pair of lower protruding wings face each other with the inner walls of each of the openings; and a fixing means for hermetically fixing each of the plurality of cover plates to the frame structure.

Description

Assembled structures with plates to prevent the ingress of contaminants, leaks, or odor gas leaks The present invention relates to a cover structure installed in places such as wastewater treatment plants, sewage treatment plants, and water purification plants to fundamentally block foreign substances, such as fallout, yellow dust, or pollutants caused by leakage, and to prevent odors and/or toxic gases from leaking to the outside. In particular, the invention relates to an assembled cover structure formed by assembling cover plates, pre-fabricated from materials such as SMC (Sheet Molding Compound), Al or an alloy containing it, or polycarbonate, into openings formed in a frame structure. Prefabricated cover structures, including covers, are installed in conventional wastewater treatment plants, sewage treatment plants, and water purification plants, and these structures are constructed using various methods. However, these prefabricated cover structures have several problems, such as the inflow of pollutants, water leakage, and the leakage of odorous gases. Such modular cover structures are constructed by connecting multiple frames to individual plates, covering them with panels, and assembling them using clamps, then securing the fastened parts with a cover and finishing with silicone; however, these structures had many problems, such as poor durability. Representatively, Korean Registered Patent Publication No. 10-1049004 discloses a method for constructing a dome structure and a dome structure using the same. The disclosed dome structure comprises a main gusset having a pair of upper main gussets and lower main gussets; a plurality of first struts assembled between the upper main gussets and lower main gussets, formed in the shape of an H-beam, having two protrusions formed longitudinally on the upper side and a groove formed between the two protrusions, and simultaneously having a first hole formed on one side of the upper side, a second hole formed on the other side of the upper side, a third hole formed on one side of the lower side, and a fourth hole formed on the other side of the lower side, which are bolted to the upper main gusset through the first hole and bolted to the lower main gusset through the third hole; and an upper auxiliary gusset and a lower auxiliary gusset assembled as a pair on each side opposite to where each of the plurality of first struts is assembled to the main gusset, wherein the second hole and the upper auxiliary gusset are assembled A first auxiliary gusset to which the fourth hole and the lower auxiliary gusset are assembled; a plurality of second struts assembled between each of the first auxiliary gusset and an adjacent first auxiliary gusset, having the same structure as the first strut; a plurality of third struts assembled to the first auxiliary gusset, assembled downward on the side opposite to where the main gusset is positioned, having the same structure as the first and second struts; a second auxiliary gusset assembled on each of the opposite sides where each of the third struts is assembled to the first auxiliary gusset, having the same structure as the first auxiliary gusset; a fourth strut assembled between each of the second auxiliary gusset and an adjacent second auxiliary gusset, having the same structure as the first, second, and third struts; and a configuration such as the first strut, first auxiliary gusset, third strut, second auxiliary gusset, and fourth strut It comprises a plurality of shoes assembled radially to the n-th auxiliary gusset at the end of the dome structure, a plurality of shoe bases assembled to the plurality of shoes and simultaneously assembled to the upper part of the building that covers the dome structure, a dome cover formed with a bent end to cover a first space formed by the frame of the dome structure, a side cover with a bent end to cover a second space formed by the building and struts between each shoe assembled with the shoe base, a batten having a fifth hole formed therein for stacking on the upper part of the dome cover or the upper part of the side cover and for bolting, a gasket for waterproofing between the dome cover and the batten or between the side cover and the batten, and a bolt passing through the fifth hole formed in the batten and coupled to a groove formed in the first strut, wherein the plurality of dome covers, the plurality of battens, the plurality of gaskets, and the plurality of bolts cover all of the first spaces formed in the plurality, and the plurality of side covers, the plurality of battens, the plurality of gaskets, and the plurality of bolts cover all of the second spaces formed in the plurality.
