Abstract

The present invention relates to a meat conveying device that utilizes multiple spline-shaped pressure rollers to prevent the meat from being cut crookedly by ensuring precise pressure and preventing movement during cutting, which occurs when firm pressure is not applied depending on whether the meat is thawed during conveying by a conveyor belt, thereby ensuring that the meat does not move during cutting and simultaneously allowing the meat to be cut to move easily through the rotation of the pressure rollers. The present invention comprises: a pressure conveying member having pressure conveying protrusions formed at regular intervals to pressurize and move the meat; a rotational force transmission member that engages with the pressure conveying member and transmits rotational force to an adjacent pressure conveying member; a side plate having multiple shaft holes formed at regular intervals to allow the pressure conveying member and the rotational force transmission member to be rotatably installed; and a safety cover member that is installed between the side plates and has a handle on the cover plate while preventing exposure of the pressure conveying member and the rotational force transmission member. The device is characterized by comprising: a drive roller that is axially installed between the above-mentioned side plates and transmits the rotational force of a drive motor to a pressure transfer member; a fixing plate that is fixedly installed on the outer surface of the above-mentioned side plate and forms a fixing groove that fixes the side plate; a locking and unlocking means that locks the side plate so that it cannot rotate around the rotational force transmission member by means of the pressure of a spring member, wherein a rotating member installed to pivotally hinge-rotatably on a bracket formed on the table of the meat cutting device is inserted into the fixing groove of the fixing plate fixed to the above-mentioned side plate and unlocks the lock.

Description

Meat transfer device The present invention relates to a meat conveying device, and more specifically, to a meat conveying device that utilizes multiple spline-shaped pressure rollers to prevent the meat from becoming unevenly cut due to slipping and movement during cutting caused by insufficient firm pressure depending on whether the meat is thawed when conveyed by a conveyor belt, thereby ensuring that the meat does not move during cutting by applying precise pressure, and simultaneously enables easy movement of the meat to be cut through the rotation of the pressure rollers. Generally, a meat slicer processes a block of meat into flat slices and then cuts the sliced meat into a cuboid shape. The applicant has filed Korean Published Patent No. 2016-0144053, "Cutting device for a meat slicer." The cutting device for the meat cutter described above comprises a motor, a shaft connected to the motor by a belt, and a cutter connected to the shaft and rotated, and is configured to include an eccentric means formed on the outer side of the shaft to increase cutting force by eccentrically rotating the cutter. According to this, by rotating the blade to cut and utilizing eccentric rotational force to provide a stronger cutting force, the cutting operation can be performed quickly and accurately. As shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1, the method of transporting and supplying meat to the cutting device for the meat cutter described above is a structure in which a lower conveyor belt (200) rotated by the rotational force of a drive motor to transport meat, and an upper conveyor belt (500) is installed above it to simultaneously transport meat while pressurizing it on a bracket (400) connected to a piston of a cylinder means (300). A conventional meat conveying device having the structure described above used a flat conveyor belt to pressurize and hold the meat, and then the conveyor belt rotated to convey the meat. At this time, since the pressure applied to the meat to be cut changes depending on the state of the meat—specifically whether it is frozen or thawed—the conveyor belt applies pressure while making flat contact with the meat. Consequently, when pushing and transporting the meat toward the cutting blade, firm pressure is not applied, causing slippage and resulting in a problem where the thickness of the cut meat becomes uneven. In addition, since the blade cutting the meat is a rotating body, the meat being cut must be firmly secured by the rotational force; however, because the conveyor belt simply presses down on the meat, there is no secure fixation, resulting in the meat shaking during cutting and preventing the cutting process from taking place. FIG. 1 is a side view showing the structure of a conventional meat conveying device. FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the structure of a meat conveying device to which the technology of the present invention is applied. FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view showing the structure of a meat conveying device to which the technology of the present invention is applied.
