KR102961547B1KR 102961547 B1KR102961547 B1KR 102961547B1KR-102961547-B1

Abstract

The present invention relates to a plate unit assembly structure of a door lock. In this structure, a locking piece (20) having one side of a plate (18) engages with a locking groove (14) having one side of a plate support (12). When the other side of the plate (18) is deeply coupled to the other side of the plate support (12), the ball of the ball plunger (16) having the other side of the plate support (12) engages with a locking hole (22) having the other side of the plate support (18), thereby enabling the assembly of the plate support (12) and the plate (18) to be performed simply and quickly without the aid of additional parts or assembly tools. Furthermore, in the event of a malfunction during use, the plate (18) can be simply removed from the plate support (12) by pressing the ball of the ball plunger (16) of the plate support (12) through the locking hole (22) of the plate (18) with a simple tool such as a pin. It was designed to allow for disassembly.

Claims (1)

  1. An outer plate unit or an inner plate unit of a door lock is configured by attaching and fixing a plate to a plate support, A plate unit assembly structure of a door lock, characterized by having a locking groove and a ball plunger on each side of the plate support and a locking piece and a locking hole on each side of the plate, so that the plate support and the plate are assembled by the locking between the locking piece and the locking groove and the locking between the ball plunger and the locking space.

Description

Plate Unit Assembly Structure of Door Lock The present invention relates to a plate support constituting a plate unit of a door lock and a plate unit assembly structure of a door lock for assembling the plate. Generally, a door lock is composed of a latch assembly, inner and outer plate units coupled with the latch assembly, and inner and outer levers coupled to both ends of a square shaft that protrudes outward from the inner and outer plate units by penetrating the hub of the latch assembly, as described in Registered Utility Model No. 20-0494932 'Lever Handle Assembly' and Registered Patent No. 10-2768329 'Door Lock'. Furthermore, the inner and outer plate units are each composed of a plate support and a plate coupled to the outside of the plate support and fixed by a headless bolt. When installed on a door, the latch assembly is positioned so that screws are tightened from the inner plate support to the outer plate support to secure the connection, and then plates are coupled to the inner and outer plate supports respectively and fixed by a headless bolt. Therefore, when assembling the inner and outer plate units of a door lock with this structure, it is not only difficult and cumbersome to connect and secure small headless bolts by screwing them into the connected screw holes of the plate support and the plate using specialized tools such as wrenches or screwdrivers, but work efficiency is also reduced due to the complex assembly process. Furthermore, there are concerns about the loss of headless bolts or improper tightening of the headless bolts due to the movement of the plate during the assembly process, which makes the assembly work even more difficult. Additionally, when repairing or replacing a malfunction during use, it is difficult and cumbersome to use specialized tools to loosen the headless bolts and separate the plate from the plate support, resulting in many problems. FIG. 1: A perspective view showing the application of the present invention to an inner plate unit of a door lock. FIG. 2: An exploded perspective view from the front showing the application of the present invention to an inner plate unit of a door lock. FIG. 3: An exploded perspective view from the rear showing the application of the present invention to an inner plate unit of a door lock. FIG. 4: Cross-sectional view showing the assembly of the present invention FIG. 5: Cross-sectional view showing the assembly of the present invention Fig. 6: Cross-sectional view showing the assembly of the present invention Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, provided that identical components in the drawings are denoted by the same reference numerals whenever possible, and specific descriptions of related known technologies or functions are omitted to avoid obscuring the gist of the present invention. FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view from the front showing the application of the present invention to an inner plate unit of a door lock, and FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view from the rear showing the application of the present invention to an inner plate unit of a door lock. The present invention is configured such that a locking groove (14) is formed in the central part of one side of a plate support (12) constituting the outer plate unit or inner plate unit (10) of a door lock, and a ball plunger (16) is coupled and fixed to a coupling hole formed in the central part of the other side of the plate support (12). At this time, the ball plunger (16) having a central part on the other side of the plate support (12) is composed of a case, a spring installed inside the case, and a ball installed at the entrance of the case, with a portion protruding from the case due to the elasticity of the spring, and is fixed to the coupling hole of the plate support (12) by screw connection or forced insertion, etc. In addition, a locking piece (20) is formed in the central part of one side of the plate (18), and a locking hole (22) is formed in the central part of the other side of the plate (18). FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view showing the assembly of the present invention, FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view showing the assembly of the present invention, and FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view showing the assembly of the present invention. In the present invention, when assembling a plate support (12) and a plate (18) that constitute an outer plate unit or an inner plate unit (10) of a door lock, a locking piece (20) having a central part of one side of the plate (18) engages with a locking groove (14) having a central part of one side of the plate support (12). When the other side of the plate (18) is deeply coupled to the other side of the plate support (12), the ball of the ball plunger (16) having a central part of the other side of the plate support (12) engages with a locking hole (22) having a central part of the other side of the plate (18), thereby co
