Description
Test Module for Storage Device The present invention relates to a test module for a storage device, and more specifically, to a test module for a storage device comprising a sensor that recognizes that a storage device is mounted. In testing storage devices such as SSDs (Solid State Drives), changes in the test environment, such as variations in temperature and airflow, may occur. Due to these environmental changes, the storage device under test may not be fully secured to the test board. If the storage device is not fully secured, phenomena such as electrostatic discharge (ESD) and electromagnetic interference (EMI) may occur, leading to a decrease in the reliability of the storage device test. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a storage device test apparatus according to exemplary embodiments.
