KR102961707B1KR 102961707 B1KR102961707 B1KR 102961707B1KR-102961707-B1

Abstract

The present invention enables assembly by allowing the head portion of a fixing projection, which is pre-mounted on a roof panel, to be inserted into an assembly bracket mounted on a headliner in a sliding manner. At this time, the fixing projection is configured to be temporarily assembled into a mounting hole formed in the assembly bracket that narrows as it goes inward. When the headliner is pushed in the direction of travel of the vehicle, the fixing projection comes into contact with the narrowed mounting hole and cannot move further, thereby allowing the headliner assembly work to be performed quickly and accurately at a designated position. Furthermore, the present invention enables the fixing projection to be formed with a hexagonal cross-sectional shape with a pair of long sides facing each other, and the inside of the mounting hole to be formed with a symmetrical "V"-shaped groove, thereby allowing the assembly position to be aligned even more accurately when assembling the headliner.

Claims (5)

  1. It includes a fixing projection (100) that has a width cross-section formed in a "T" shape and is mounted on the roof panel (R) surface facing the headliner (H), and an assembly bracket (200) that is mounted with its edge attached to the headliner (H) surface, with the middle part protruding outward to form an assembly part (210). In the above assembly part (210), A mounting hole (211) is formed by cutting so that the inside becomes narrower as it goes inward, so that the upper part of the above "T" shape is fitted and caught. The above fixed projection (100) is formed with a hexagonal planar shape in which the upper part of a "T" shape faces each other and the lengths of the pair of sides are extended, and the lower part is formed with a hexagonal planar shape smaller than the upper part. A temporary mounting device for a headliner for an automobile, characterized in that the mounting holes (211) are formed such that the inner surfaces facing each other are formed parallel to each other, and the inner surfaces become narrower as they go inward.
  2. delete
  3. In Paragraph 1, The above mounting hole (211) is, A temporary mounting device for an automobile headliner characterized by being formed in a "V" shape with left-right symmetry.
  4. In Paragraph 1, When the above fixed projection (100) is assembled to the assembly bracket (200), A temporary mounting device for an automobile headliner, characterized by attaching a PE (PolyethylEne) pad to at least one of the surfaces facing each other between the fixed projection (100) and the assembly bracket (200) to prevent noise and strange sounds from occurring.
  5. In any one of Paragraph 1, Paragraph 3, or Paragraph 4, The assembly bracket (200) is installed at the rear of the headliner (H) at the center axis such that the entrance portion of the mounting hole (211) faces the rear of the headliner (H). A temporary mounting device for a car headliner, characterized in that the above-mentioned fixed projection (100) is mounted at a position on a roof panel (R) facing the above-mentioned assembly bracket (200).

Description

Temporary holding device for headliner of vehicle The present invention relates to a temporary mounting device for an automobile headliner, and more specifically, it involves mounting a fixing projection on a roof panel and installing an assembly bracket on the surface of the headliner facing the fixing projection. When the headliner is pushed along the length of the automobile while facing the roof panel, the assembly bracket is guided by the fixing projection to be temporarily mounted at a predetermined position, thereby enabling the headliner to be quickly assembled at a desired location. At this time, the mounting hole guiding the fixing projection is formed to narrow inward or to narrow in an "V" shape, so that as the headliner is pushed along the length of the automobile, the mounting hole settles into the predetermined mounting position of the fixing projection, allowing for immediate assembly. Furthermore, a PE (PolyethylEne) pad is attached to at least one of the surfaces facing the fixing projection and the assembly bracket to prevent noise and strange sounds, thereby enabling the creation of a quiet interior environment. Generally, a headliner is a finishing material mounted facing the roof panel inside a vehicle. It eliminates external noise entering the cabin and internal noise generated from the engine compartment, providing a quiet driving environment for the driver and passengers. Furthermore, in the event of an accident such as a collision, it helps reduce injuries by absorbing impact when the driver's or passengers' heads strike the headliner. Additionally, it is installed to prevent various electrical and electronic devices and wiring from being exposed to the outside. If such a headliner is heavy or long, it is difficult for a single worker to operate it. Accordingly, as shown in (Patent Document 1) to (Patent Document 3) below, it is manufactured to be assembled easily and quickly in various ways. (Patent Document 1) Korean Registered Patent No. 10-1416045 The purpose of this invention is to provide a bracket for provisional attachment of a headlining for a vehicle and a method for mounting a headlining using the same, wherein the connecting portion of the bracket for provisional attachment mounted on the vehicle body is configured to undergo elastic deformation and move within a certain range, thereby enabling the headlining to be installed at an accurate mounting position by utilizing the elastic deformation interval of the connecting portion even if the provisional attachment position of the headlining deviates from the desired position. To achieve this purpose, the bracket for provisional attachment of a headlining for a vehicle comprises a hook configured to be hung on the vehicle body and a connecting portion provisionally attached to the headlining, wherein the connecting portion is integrally formed with the hook to enable self-elastic deformation. (Patent Document 2) Korean Registered Patent No. 10-2527668 A mounting bracket is installed to support a clip that is attached to the headliner and assembled by sliding it onto the mounting surface. The mounting bracket is designed to slide and detach from the clip fixed to the roof panel as the headliner is pulled in the direction the vehicle is traveling, thereby allowing the headliner to be mounted or detached easily and conveniently without damaging the headliner. In particular, by configuring the mounting bracket so that the clip is forcibly inserted between the folded sheet metal, the mounting bracket can be easily manufactured, used, and assembled or detached using the sheet metal. Additionally, the mounting bracket is designed with an overlap section at the opening where the neck of the clip is inserted, allowing the clip to be easily secured or detached from the bracket through this overlap section. (Patent Document 3) Korean Published Patent No. 10-2001-0065888 The present invention relates to an assembly structure of a sunroof frame and a head lining for an automobile. In the assembly structure of a sunroof frame and a head lining for an automobile, the end of the head lining is characterized by having a contact surface that is horizontally bent to be closely fixed in correspondence with the end of the sunroof frame. This allows for the simplification of the structure and a reduction in the number of parts, thereby decreasing labor costs. Furthermore, as the mounting position of the head lining is consistent, the matching appearance with the sunroof sunshade assembly is significantly improved, and manufacturing costs can be reduced by eliminating parts such as dual lock fasteners and brackets.
