KR-102961752-B1 - Crack indicator device for safety inspection and diagnosis
Abstract
The present invention relates to a display device for indicating a cracked area during safety inspection and diagnosis. A crack marking device for safety inspection and diagnosis according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a gripping rod for operating to drive along a crack; a marking body installed on the gripping rod; a driving wheel installed on the marking body to drive along the crack; a crack marking device rotatably installed on the marking body to mark a crack surface along the crack from the side of the crack, and to either contact the crack surface to mark the crack or to separate from the crack surface to not mark it as it rotates on the marking body; a depth probe pin rotatably installed on the marking body to change the angle of rotation according to the depth of the crack and inserted into the crack; and a marking control unit that controls the contact and separation of the crack marking device on the crack surface according to the angle of rotation of the depth probe pin so that the crack marking device marks the crack as a solid line and a dotted line according to the depth of the crack. The marking control unit rotates along the crack with the driving wheel and rotates the crack marking device on the marking body by repeatedly pressing the crack marking device with a plurality of top dead center points so that the crack marking device marks the crack as a dotted line. Includes a dotted line marked cam member.

- In paragraph 1, The above display control unit A crack indicator device for safety inspection and diagnosis, characterized by including a clutch pin installed on the dotted line indicator cam member to connect or disconnect the dotted line indicator cam member to the wheel axle of the driving wheel, such that the crack indicator displays a dotted line as the dotted line indicator cam member rotates, or the crack indicator displays a solid line as the dotted line indicator cam member does not rotate.
- In paragraph 3, The above depth probe pin is A crack indicator device for safety inspection and diagnosis, characterized by including a probe pin pressing part that presses the clutch pin or separates from the clutch pin according to the rotation angle of the depth probe pin in the indicator body, so as to connect the power of the wheel axle and the dotted line indicator cam member by pressing the clutch pin, or to cut off the power of the wheel axle and the dotted line indicator cam member while separating from the clutch pin.
Description
Crack indicator device for safety inspection and diagnosis The present invention relates to a display device for indicating a cracked area during safety inspection and diagnosis. In general, since structures are vulnerable to cracks, safety inspections and diagnoses are performed regularly or when hazardous situations occur to observe for cracks. Cracks are marked to assess structural safety by measuring their length, width, and depth, and to observe crack growth. When marking cracks, writing instruments such as chalk, brushes, or felt-tip pens are used to easily mark the crack surface; however, since writing instruments can only indicate the cracks and require carrying separate measuring instruments to measure the width or length of the cracks, there was the inconvenience of having to carry multiple instruments during safety inspections and diagnoses. To address this, a "safety diagnosis display device capable of measuring crack depth" was disclosed in Korean Registered Patent Publication No. 10-2137585 (published July 24, 2020). The aforementioned conventional safety diagnosis display device comprises: a crack insertion pin portion inserted into a crack; a pin head in which the crack insertion pin portion is erected and protrudes from the upper part and a guide hole is formed around the circumference of the crack insertion pin portion; an extension member on which the pin head is installed at the top to extend the distance at which the pin head is positioned; a handle portion installed at the lower part of the extension member for gripping; a depth measuring member having one end positioned at the same location as the end of the crack insertion pin portion so as to slide relative to the pin head according to the depth at which the crack insertion pin portion is inserted into the crack and protrude to the end of the handle portion, and the other end inserted into the guide hole and extending to the end of the handle portion; a return spring that supports the depth measuring member by elastic force from the pin head so that when the crack insertion pin portion is disengaged from the crack, one end of the depth measuring member is positioned at the same location as the end of the crack insertion pin portion; a chalk holder detachably coupled to the pin head and having a pin protection space formed to protect the crack insertion pin portion, and a gripping groove formed at the end opposite to where the pin protection space is formed; and in the gripping groove It is configured to include a chalk that is inserted to mark a crack, a repair material hole formed by penetrating through the pin head to the crack insertion pin part to inject a repair material into the crack into which the crack insertion pin part is inserted, and a repair material injection device that forcibly injects a repair material through the repair material hole. A conventional safety inspection marking device having such a configuration could not only mark cracks using chalk, but also measure crack depth using a crack insertion pin and repair cracks using a repair material injector, allowing for the measurement and repair of cracks without carrying multiple tools. However, conventional safety diagnosis display devices merely measure crack depth and cannot display the measured information externally. Consequently, when observing crack growth later, if previously measured data is lost, it is difficult to determine whether the crack has grown, and there is a problem in that the crack depth is not easily discernible at a glance.
