KR-102961821-B1 - Method for manufacturing vehicle mats and vehicle mats manufactured thereby
Abstract
The present invention discloses a method for manufacturing a vehicle mat and a vehicle mat manufactured thereby, which can improve the interior design of a vehicle by providing soft lighting inside the vehicle through a phosphorescent yarn area and can form a high-elasticity area through a loop yarn in a part of the general yarn area, thereby providing more efficient elasticity and durability when using the mat. The present invention is characterized by comprising the steps of: mounting a foam sheet on a frame; drawing a design of a phosphorescent yarn area and a general yarn area on the foam sheet mounted on the frame, respectively; weaving the phosphorescent yarn and the general yarn according to the design through a tufting device supplied with different types of yarns—wherein the high-elasticity area of the general yarn weaving area is woven with a loop yarn, and the general area is woven with a cutting yarn—; attaching a back plate having an LED line arranged on the back of the woven mat member; and shearing to adjust the height of the woven surface.

Description
Method for manufacturing vehicle mats and vehicle mats manufactured thereby The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a vehicle mat and a vehicle mat manufactured thereby, and more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a vehicle mat that can be manufactured vertically using a tufting gun and a vehicle mat manufactured thereby. Generally, vehicle mats are installed on the interior floors of vehicles such as passenger cars, vans, and trucks to prevent dirt, dust, and other foreign substances adhering to passengers' shoes from spreading to the surroundings, thereby preventing the carpets or seats from becoming contaminated or soiled. Carpet-type mats have been the most widely used for such vehicle mats, and they are generally structured such that a carpet is formed by planting bristles of a certain length on the upper surface of a pad portion, which is typically molded from soft rubber, PVC, etc. Meanwhile, electric heating mats are designed to have heating wires embedded inside the mat and generate heat through electrical resistance when electricity is applied to the wires; recently, they are being used in various places such as automobiles and bedding. However, electric heating mats pose a risk of damage to the electromagnetic system and fire due to abnormal current. Meanwhile, the vehicle is equipped with a heater to warm the interior. The heater raises the temperature of the vehicle's interior by using a blower fan to blow air into the cabin once the surrounding air is heated by the engine's heat. By setting the direction of the blown air, the heated air is directed toward the face, body, feet, windshield, and side windows, thereby warming the air inside the vehicle, removing moisture contained in the interior air, and clearing moisture attached to the glass surfaces to ensure visibility, among other functions. These heaters are most frequently used during the winter season. When the heater is turned on, it heats the air inside the car and evaporates moisture, making the interior dry. Furthermore, if the car interior is too dry, it is harmful to the respiratory system. Additionally, when air heated by the engine enters the cabin, it carries not only unpleasant odors but also trace amounts of chemicals used in the manufacturing process, which can have adverse effects on the human body. <Prior Art 1> : Republic of Korea Published Patent 10-2014-0089958 (Publication Date: July 16, 2014) FIG. 1 is a process flowchart of a method for manufacturing a vehicle mat according to one embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is an additional process flowchart showing a process of connecting to an air conditioning line in a method for manufacturing a vehicle mat according to one embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 3 is a configuration diagram of process equipment for a method of manufacturing a vehicle mat according to one embodiment of the present invention.
