Description

PC double wall using reinforcement plates with arch-shaped openings The present invention relates to a PC double wall using a reinforcing plate having an arched opening, and more specifically, to a PC double wall using a reinforcing plate having an arched opening that allows for the reduction of production costs while maintaining the required rigidity by configuring connecting hoops on each side in the width direction of a pair of PC panels to connect the pair of PC panels, and effectively resists lateral pressure and lifting loads by configuring a reinforcing plate having an arched opening. The Double Wall PC method is generally known for its rapid construction and cost-effectiveness. This method consists of two PC panels; after on-site assembly, concrete is poured in the middle of the wall to ensure structural integrity between the floor slab and the wall. Consequently, it is a system that maximizes the advantages of both the assembly elements of the components and the on-site casting method, thereby enhancing structural safety and usability. As such, the Double Wall PC method offers not only excellent constructability through simplified joints and enhanced structural performance at the joints achieved through structural integrity, but also advantages such as the elimination of the need for supports and wall pad mortar at both ends of the PC slab, reduced transportation and crane costs due to its light weight, improved sound insulation, and the absence of the need for special interior finishing through the use of spray plaster. The bonding strength of a PC double wall produced by this method is determined by the configuration of the connecting material that connects two PC panels. When rebar or similar materials are used as connecting materials, the bonding strength of the connecting material is weakened, making it impossible to obtain the required rigidity for the PC double wall. Furthermore, if the connecting material and connection method are configured with steel or concrete joints, a problem of reduced economic efficiency arises. The technology forming the background of the present invention is Patent Registration No. 1645538, "Double wall and method of constructing a double wall structure using a double wall" (Patent Document 1). In the above background technology, 'a wall section comprising a pair of concrete walls that are cuboids into which main reinforcing bars are inserted; and a fixing section comprising a pair of triangular truss members having a continuous zigzag shape that are formed integrally with the main reinforcing bars and installed to face each other; and an insertion coupling part that is connected to the pair of triangular truss members and fixes the pair of concrete walls; wherein the wall part is installed vertically on the upper part of the base concrete, and concrete injected from the upper part of the pair of concrete walls is poured and filled inside the pair of concrete walls, and the fixing part further includes a triangular truss precast member formed integrally with the triangular truss members and parallel to the main reinforcing bar; wherein the triangular truss member is disposed between the main reinforcing bar and the triangular truss precast member so as to be integrally coupled with the main reinforcing bar and the triangular truss precast member, and the insertion coupling part is a jig truss member disposed to intersect and contact the pair of triangular truss members, wherein the jig truss member comprises a jig stirrup having a continuous zigzag shape; The present invention proposes a ‘double wall’ comprising: a plurality of jig stirrup fixing bars each inserted into the space where the pair of triangular truss members and the jig truss members intersect; wherein the jig stirrup fixing bars are inserted into the corner portions of the triangular truss members that the triangular truss precast members contact, thereby fixing the pair of triangular truss members, or wherein the insertion coupling portion is a spiral member inserted into the corner portions of the pair of triangular truss members that the triangular truss precast members contact, wherein the spiral member has a spiral spiraling shape, and the spiral member is inserted into the space where the corner portions of the triangular truss members contact the triangular truss members intersect adjacently, thereby fixing the pair of triangular truss members. However, the aforementioned background technology had problems such as a complex structure and cracks occurring during lifting. The following drawings attached to this specification illustrate preferred embodiments of the present invention and serve to further enhance understanding of the technical concept of the present invention together with the detailed description thereof; therefore, the present invention should not be interpreted as being limited only to the matters described in the attached drawings.
