KR-102961965-B1 - Suture reel package
Abstract
The present invention relates to a suture reel package, and more specifically, to a suture reel package capable of clipping surgical needles of various thicknesses, thereby reducing manufacturing costs and maintaining the surgical needles in a firmly fixed state. The present invention has a needle fixing means formed by a needle support and a needle fitting, so that surgical needles of various thicknesses can be clipped between the two and can be easily inserted or withdrawn. The present invention comprises an elastic presser to support the lower part of a surgical needle, thereby maintaining a firmly fixed state even against external impact or shaking.

- In claim 1, The above elastic presser (350) is formed at an angle such that it has elasticity from bottom to top so as to support the lower part of the surgical needle (B), and the height decreases as it goes from the needle support (310) to the opposite needle support (310), in a suture reel package.
- In claim 3, A suture reel package characterized by having a non-slip projection (350a) formed on the upper surface of the end of the elastic presser (350) to prevent slipping or movement when a surgical needle (B) is supported.
- In claim 1, A suture reel package characterized by further comprising: a guide rod (212b) formed at one end of the inner wall (212) to prevent the suture (B) from bending when it passes through an opening (213) opened on one side of the inner wall (212) and is wound around the inner wall (212).
- In claim 1, Between the above needle support (310) and the opposite needle support (310), there is an insertion space (340) configured to allow the surgical needle (B) to be withdrawn or inserted; The above needle insertion body (320) is formed in a hemispherical shape to have elasticity that presses the side of the surgical needle (B) so as to be compressed or restored to match the thickness of the surgical needle (B) and prevents the surgical needle (B) from coming off, and an insertion space (360) is formed in the lower part so that the surgical needle (B) inserted into the internal space (340) can be inserted and stored. The above needle support body (310) is configured at both ends of the above needle insertion body (320) and is integrally formed with the above reel case (200), and is characterized by being formed in a cylindrical shape so that a surgical needle (B) can be easily inserted and supported. Suture reel package.
- In claim 1, A suture reel package characterized in that the corners of the inner wall (212) are formed with inclined surfaces (214) to minimize surface contact of the suture (A).
- In claim 7, A suture reel package characterized by having an anti-bending protrusion (214a) further formed on the inclined surface (214) so that the suture does not bend when wound along the inclined surface (214).
Description
Suture reel package Suture reel package The present invention relates to a suture reel package, and more specifically, to a suture reel package capable of clipping surgical needles of various thicknesses, thereby reducing manufacturing costs and maintaining a firmly fixed state of the surgical needle. It is about. Generally, medical sutures are threads used to close wounds and surgical openings; they must be made of a material that is absorbable or non-absorbable by the human body, and must possess excellent elasticity and durability so as not to break. Sutures are typically stored in sterile packages and opened at the operating room to be drawn out of the package and used to suture skin tissue; one end is equipped with a suture needle to form a set. A suture reel package is designed to allow these sutures to be stored and transported in a sterile state and to be withdrawn and used when needed. The aforementioned suture reel package has seen significant progress over time, and recently, various types of suture reel packages with improved ease of use have been proposed. Representative prior art for the above suture reel package includes Korean Registered Patent Publication No. 10-1488777, Korean Registered Patent Publication No. 10-1538900, and Korean Registered Patent Publication No. 10-1925744. The above suture reel package comprises: a main body consisting of a base plate, an outer wall portion extending upward along the edge of the base plate, and an inner wall portion extending upward from the inner side of the outer wall portion to form a receiving portion for receiving sutures; a clipping portion formed on the inner side of the base plate to secure a suture needle attached to the end of the suture; protrusions formed at regular intervals on the upper inner side of the outer wall portion; and a cover member formed at regular intervals on the upper side of the inner wall portion, which covers the upper side so as not to detach the sutures received in the receiving portion by being bent outward and maintaining a bent state with the end caught on the lower surface of the protrusions. The above-described suture reel package configured in this manner was manufactured to fit the size of the surgical needle in the clipping part for fixing the surgical needle, so it could not fix surgical needles of other sizes, and thus had the problem of having to manufacture and use the clipping part to fit the size of the surgical needle, which increased manufacturing costs and reduced productivity.
