Description

Work safety helmet {A SAFETY HELMET FOR TASK} The present invention relates to a work safety helmet, and more specifically, to a work safety helmet that can be used more conveniently and efficiently in nighttime or dark working environments. In general, various safety products are used in industrial sites to ensure worker safety, and safety helmets are one of them to protect the worker's head. These safety helmets are additionally equipped with components to add various functions. In particular, the use of lanterns to facilitate work in nighttime or dark environments is increasing, and research and development on work safety helmets equipped with them is also actively underway. In a conventional work safety helmet, when the brim is inserted between the rotating part and the fixed part, the catch tab presses the lower part of the brim and the pressure plate presses the upper part of the brim, thereby preventing the support part from slipping off the brim. In addition, the lantern is secured to the safety helmet without detaching as the hook on the attachment engages with the attachment. A work safety helmet with such a configuration is disclosed in Registered Patent Publication No. 10-2265948. However, the above work safety helmet has a structure in which the lantern is attached to the brim of the helmet, which causes the problem of the lantern's attachment structure becoming considerably complex, and there are limitations in maintaining the lantern's attachment state firmly and stably for a long time in external environments. This ultimately results in a relative reduction in the functionality and usability of work safety helmets. FIG. 1 is a front view of a work safety helmet according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a plan view illustrating the main body of a work safety helmet according to the present invention. FIG. 3 is a plan view illustrating a lantern of a work safety helmet according to the present invention. FIG. 4 is a front view illustrating a lantern of a work safety helmet according to the present invention. FIG. 5 is a side view illustrating a lantern of a work safety helmet according to the present invention. FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view illustrating the coupling structure of the support bracket part and the lantern part of a work safety helmet lantern according to the present invention. FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view illustrating the main body and lantern coupling structure of a work safety helmet according to the present invention. Below, a work safety helmet according to the present invention is described in detail with reference to the attached drawings. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 7, the work safety helmet according to the present invention consists of a hat-shaped main body (10); and a lantern (20) connected to the main body (10). The main body (10) is made of a synthetic resin material with excellent physical properties and has a plurality of ventilation holes (14) formed therein. And a bracket coupling part (12) is formed on the front of the main body (10). This bracket coupling part (12) consists of a casing (12a) having a slit-shaped fitting hole (H) formed on the upper part; and at least one plate-shaped contact support (12b) formed inside the casing (12a). The lantern (20) is intended to improve workability in nighttime or dark working environments. This lantern (20) is configured to include a support bracket part (22) that is detachably coupled to a bracket coupling part (12) of the main body (10); and a lantern part (24) that is stably supported by the support bracket part (22). The support bracket part (22) is made of a synthetic resin material with excellent physical properties such as durability and water resistance. In particular, the support bracket part (22) is composed of a base plate (22a); a clip (22b) that is integrally bent and formed on the base plate (22a) and fitted into the fitting hole (H) of the bracket coupling part (12); and a fastening ring (22c) that is provided at one end of the base plate (22a) and fastened to the outer surface of the lantern part (24). The base plate (22a) is formed in the shape of a roughly rectangular plate, and pressure protrusions (P) are formed in a certain pattern on its surface to press and support the bracket coupling part (12) of the main body (10) to maintain the coupling state of the lantern (20) more firmly and stably. The clip (22b) is fitted into the fitting hole (H) of the casing (12a) and is supported in close contact with the contact support (12b), and its lower end is formed to be inclined outward to facilitate the fitting operation. The inner surface of the fastening ring (22c) is provided with a locking projection (P1) and a cantilever-shaped movable piece (M) that moves elastically is provided, and it is preferable that such movable piece (M) be formed as a pair. The lantern part (24) is configured to include a tubular body (24a) rotatably connected to a fastening hook (22c) of a support bracket part (22); a lig
