Description
Valve internal parts separation and joining device The present invention relates to a valve internal component separation and coupling device capable of separating or mounting internal components in a horizontal state in a valve installed and used in a power plant. Generally, main steam shut-off valves for combined cycle steam turbines are applied and used in power plants. The valve cuts off the supply of high-temperature, high-pressure main steam, which serves as the power source for the combined cycle steam turbine, in order to protect the internal turbine rotor blades and stator blades in the event of an unexpected accident that halts power production. Additionally, the valve must be maintained. To service such a valve, the internal parts of the valve (stem, disc, assembly, lock, etc.) are removed, and after the inspection is completed, the internal parts are reinstalled on the valve. Here, the valve is heavy and installed in a horizontal position. Since the internal stem is parallel to the ground and the center of gravity is skewed toward the valve disc, there is a problem in that it is difficult to perform maintenance by separating the internal component from the valve for removal or inserting it into the valve for assembly. There is a need for inventions to improve these problems. The background technology of the present invention is registered with the Korean Intellectual Property Office as Patent Publication No. 10-1810893 on December 14, 2017. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing a typical valve. FIG. 3 is a plan view showing the state in which a lens is mounted on the eyeglass frame of the present invention and the eyeglass frame is bent. FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing another embodiment of the nose pad fastening part applied to the present invention. FIG. 5 is a drawing showing the state in which a nose pad is coupled to the nose pad fastening part of the present invention. Hereinafter, the present invention will be examined in detail with reference to the attached drawings. The present invention is susceptible to various modifications and may take various forms, and specific embodiments are illustrated in the drawings and described in detail in the text. However, this is not intended to limit the invention to the specific disclosed forms, and it should be understood that the invention includes all modifications, equivalents, and substitutions that fall within the spirit and scope of the invention. Similar reference numerals have been used for similar components in the description of each drawing. In the accompanying drawings, the dimensions of structures are depicted enlarged or reduced to the actual size to ensure clarity of the invention or to allow for a schematic understanding of the configuration. As illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 4, a valve internal part separation and coupling device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a working frame (100) that separates or pushes the internal part (20) from the valve (10) while it is coupled to the internal part (20) of the valve (10), a handle (200) formed on the working frame (100) for the user to grip, and a mounting base (300) formed on the working frame (100) on which a spirit level is mounted. First, the internal parts (20) of the valve (10) may be a stem, a lock, and a disc. Here, when the stem, lock, and disc, which are the internal parts (20), are separated from the valve (10), only the seat that closes by the disc remains in the valve (10). The working frame (100) has a through hole (110) through which the internal part (20) of the valve (10) passes, and a fastening hole (120) for fastening to the internal part (20) of the valve (10) is formed. A through hole (110) is formed in the center of the work frame (100), and a plurality of fastening holes (120) are formed to be distributed around the through hole (110). The through hole (110) is penetrated by the stem, which is an internal part (20) of the valve (10). The bolt passes through the fastening hole (120). The handle (200) is formed in the shape of a shaft, with one end fixed to the work frame (100) and the other end protruding outward. This handle (200) can be fixed to the work frame (100) by welding. Therefore, when the user pulls the handle (200) while gripping the other end of the handle (200) with their hand, the internal part (20) of the valve (10) coupled to the work frame (100) can be discharged together with the work frame (100). In addition, the handle (200) is composed of multiple parts and is formed at regular intervals. Therefore, one user can hold the handles (200) with both hands, and two users can each hold the handles (200). The user can move the work frame (100) by pushing or pulling while holding the handle (200) like this. The mounting base (300) is formed to protrude from the work frame (100) and includes a mounting plate (310) on which a level is mounted and a de
