- In paragraph 2, A case in which the above convex portion and the above concave portion are formed by satin or embossing.
- In paragraph 3, A case, wherein the label above displays information regarding at least one of the above parts and the above case.
Description
case The present invention relates to a case for housing electronic components such as chip components. When mounting electronic components on a substrate, a mounting device is used to mount the electronic components at a predetermined location on the substrate. It is necessary to supply electronic components individually to such a mounting device. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a case that accommodates scattered electronic components together and drops the electronic components into a feeder by their own weight from an extraction port on the bottom. The electronic components are supplied individually to the mounting device by the feeder. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a case according to an embodiment, viewed from the bottom. FIG. 2 is a front view of a case according to an embodiment. FIG. 3 is a bottom view of a case according to an embodiment. FIG. 4 is a view of the interior of a case according to an embodiment, seen from one side. FIG. 5 is a drawing of the interior of the front part of the case according to an embodiment, viewed from one side, and shows an open state in which the discharge port of the case is opened. FIG. 6 is a drawing showing a label according to an embodiment. FIG. 7 is a side view of a case according to an embodiment, in a state where no label is attached. FIG. 8 is a top view of a case according to an embodiment, in a state where no label is attached. Figure 9 is an enlarged view of the part indicated by IX in Figure 7. Fig. 10 is a cross-sectional view of XX of Fig. 9. FIG. 11 is a plan view showing an example of deformation of the uneven surface of an embodiment. FIG. 12 is a cross-sectional view corresponding to line XII-XII in FIG. 11 with the label attached. FIG. 13 is a rear view of a case according to an embodiment. FIG. 14 is an enlarged side view showing the rear wall portion of a case according to an embodiment. Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a case (1) according to an embodiment seen from the bottom. FIG. 2 is a front view of the case (1) seen from the front. FIG. 3 is a bottom view of the case (1). FIG. 4 is a view of the interior of the case (1) seen from one side. FIG. 5 is a view of the interior of the front part of the case (1) seen from one side. As shown in FIG. 4, the case (1) accommodates a plurality of electronic components (M) as parts in a scattered state inside. The case (1) accommodating the plurality of electronic components (M) is set in a feeder not shown, and as the feeder vibrates, the electronic components (M) are discharged from the case (1) and supplied to a mounting device, etc. The electronic components (M) of this embodiment are, for example, small rectangular electronic components with a length in the long direction of 1.2 mm or less. Examples of such electronic components include capacitors and inductors, but this embodiment is not limited to these. Meanwhile, the arrows (X), (Y), and (Z) indicated in the reference drawing represent the left-right, front-back, and up-down directions of the case (1) in the usage state set in the feeder, respectively. Furthermore, in the left-right direction (X), the left direction is represented as X1 and the right direction as X2; in the front-back direction (Y), the front direction as Y1 and the rear direction as Y2; and in the up-down direction (Z), the upward direction as Z1 and the downward direction as Z2.
