An elastic locking projection is formed around the inner circumference of both open ends of the above-mentioned refill replacement cap to be elastically engaged with the elastic locking support of the above-mentioned refill plate, and at the same time, a replacement operation key groove that is coupled to the above-mentioned replacement operation key is formed to correspond to each other. A refill container characterized by having one or more filling support pieces radially divided and arranged in an alternating upper and lower position relative to the outer side of the filling support portion, centered on a central filling hole, so as to prevent the cosmetic contents (P) filled in the filling support portion from falling or becoming contaminated even if they are broken by impact, and the lower end of the coupling support portion being coupled and supported by a seal cap.
- A container body having a refill receiving portion; It is configured to include a cover that is opened and closed with respect to the above container body, and A guide section for replacement operation is formed on the inner wall of the refill receiving section above, and In the refill receiving portion of the container body described above, a refill plate before use is connected to one open end using the refill replacement cap of the refill container described in claim 1, or a refill plate that has been used is received in the refill receiving portion and separated and replaced using the other open end where the refill plate before use is not connected. The above-mentioned refill replacement cap is removed from the refill plate before and after use after the operation of connecting or disconnecting the refill plate before and after use with respect to the refill receiving portion of the container body is completed. A cosmetic container that is easy to refill, characterized in that, within the filling support portion of the refill plate, one or more filling support pieces are radially divided and arranged in an alternating upper and lower position relative to the outer side with respect to the central filling hole, so as to prevent the cosmetic contents (P) filled in the filling support portion from falling or becoming contaminated even if they are broken by impact, and the lower end of the coupling support portion is coupled and supported by a sealing cap.
- In paragraph 2, A cosmetic container that is easy to refill, characterized in that the replacement operation guide portion formed as the refill receiving portion of the container body comprises an entry/exit guiding inclined surface that makes up/down contact with a replacement operation projection formed on a refill plate, and a rotation guide groove formed in one direction thereof that provides or releases a coupling force to the replacement operation projection.
- In paragraph 3, A refillable cosmetic container characterized by having an anti-loosening projection further formed in the rotation guide groove to prevent the replacement operation projection formed therein from being arbitrarily loosened during the coupling operation of the refill plate.
- In paragraph 3, A cosmetic container that is easy to refill, characterized in that when a refill plate is to be separated and removed after the cosmetic contents have been used and the refill plate is coupled to the refill receiving portion of the container body, the replacement operation key groove formed on the other open end of the refill replacement cap equipped with the refill plate before use is positioned to be fitted together with the replacement operation key of the refill plate after use, and then pressure is applied so that the elastic locking projection formed on the replacement operation cap engages with the elastic locking support formed on the refill plate after use, and then the refill plate after use is rotated to one side, thereby causing the refill plate to rotate in the same direction, and at the same time the locking force is released from the rotation guide groove of the replacement operation guide portion formed in the refill receiving portion, the refill plate is separated from the refill receiving portion by moving upward and rotating along the inclined surface that guides entry and exit.
- In paragraph 3, A cosmetic container that is easy to refill, characterized in that when a refill plate before use is to be attached to the refill receiving portion of the container body, a replacement operation projection of the refill plate before use, integrally provided at one open end of the refill replacement cap, is positioned at the open end of the replacement operation guide portion formed in the refill receiving portion, and then the refill replacement cap is rotated to the other side, thereby causing the replacement operation key to be mutually fitted into the replacement operation key groove of the refill plate before use to be simultaneously rotated in the same direction, and the replacement operation projection formed thereon descends and rotates along the entry/exit guiding slope of the replacement operation guide portion and is forcibly locked and coupled to the rotation guide groove, thereby enabling the attachment of the refill plate before use to the refill receiving portion.
- In any one of paragraphs 2 through 6, A refillable cosmetic container characterized in that the lid, which is operated to be opened and closed with respect to the container body, is detachably opened and closed through magnets provided on the inner surface corresponding to the opening end of the container body and the opening end of the lid, respectively.
- In paragraph 2, A refillable cosmetic container characterized by having a mirror further provided on the inner surface of the above-mentioned cover.
- In paragraph 2, A cosmetic container that is easy to refill, characterized in that the refill receiving portion formed in the above-mentioned container body is formed in one or more portions.
Description
Refillable Containers and Cosmetic Containers That Are Easy to Refill The present invention relates to a refill container and an easy-to-refill cosmetic container, wherein the refill container and a refill replacement cap provided therewith are used to enable the replacement of a refill plate after the cosmetic contents have been used or before use to be very convenient, quick, and easy. As is well known, in recent times, refill containers filled with cosmetic contents are being released to address environmental issues, reduce plastic usage and carbon emissions, prevent waste of resources, and minimize the cost of purchasing cosmetics. These refill containers are trending towards being inserted into separate portable cosmetic containers as replacements. Therefore, in the case of the refill container structure described above, the portable cosmetic container can be used repeatedly, thereby providing various other advantages in addition to the benefits mentioned above. However, in the case of conventional refill containers or cosmetic containers into which refill containers are inserted, there are issues regarding the replacement of the refill container, such as it being very inconvenient or cumbersome, and various usage problems, such as the complex replacement structure, and improvements regarding this are required. One example is as follows. That is, the compact container presented in Patent Document 1 is configured to include an outer container, an outer container lid for opening and closing the outer container, a refill container holder mounted on the inside of the outer container, a refill container holder lid for opening and closing the refill container holder, and a refill container coupled to the refill container holder. By making the outer container and the refill container holder detachably connected via an undercut, when the cosmetic contained in the refill container is used up, the refill container holder can be separated from the outer container and replaced with a new refill container. However, the conventional compact container described above has a structure in which, in order to replace the refill container containing cosmetics from the outer container, the bottom part of the refill container exposed to the outside is pushed upward to forcibly separate the refill container and the refill container holder from the outer container. Consequently, if the bonding strength between the outer container and the refill container is too weak, there is a problem in that the refill container can easily be separated from the outer container due to user negligence or a small impact, and if the bonding strength between the outer container and the refill container is too strong, there is a problem in that it is difficult to separate or bond the refill container from the outer container. Furthermore, if the refill container is pressed excessively by hand, the bottom part of the refill container may be crushed and damaged, or the refill container may suddenly fly up and fly away from the outer container, causing inconvenience in replacement and use.
