Description
System and Method for Demand and Supply Management of Broiler Chicken Raw Materials with Stable Quality in Chicken Franchises The present invention relates to a system and method for managing the supply and demand of raw chicken meat of stable quality in a chicken franchise, and more specifically, to a system and method for managing the supply and demand of raw chicken meat of stable quality in a chicken franchise that can provide stable quality maintenance and supply by automatically adjusting the production and supply schedules of chickens based on rearing environment data and past operational data. Generally, poultry such as chickens and ducks raised for egg laying or food are introduced into farms as chicks, raised, and then shipped out after a certain period. In particular, chicken consumption can fluctuate rapidly due to seasonal and regional influences, as well as the occurrence of diseases such as avian influenza. Such rapid changes present problems in that the conventional breeding and supply system finds it difficult to respond to fluctuations in demand and maintain quality. In addition, there are problems such as frequent deterioration in the quality of raw meat and supply instability caused by growth conditions resulting from temperature changes, and increased disease and mortality rates due to environmental changes.
