Description

Styrene-butadiene rubber and butadiene rubber mixed wet masterbatch composition and method for preparing the same The present invention relates to a wet masterbatch composition of styrene butadiene rubber and butadiene rubber mixture and a method for manufacturing the same. The background technology related to the present disclosure is provided herein, and these do not necessarily constitute known technology. With the recent rise in prominence of eco-friendly vehicles such as electric cars, there is a growing demand for tires to reduce rolling resistance to ensure long driving ranges, while also requiring improved wear resistance to prevent wear caused by the high torque and battery loads generated by the electric power source during initial acceleration. Tires are also required to provide braking power capable of stopping the vehicle by utilizing friction with the road surface. Since braking power and rolling resistance in tires tend to be inversely related, a trade-off occurs where choosing one performance aspect results in a disadvantage for the other, and wear resistance is also affected by this. Accordingly, technologies to improve tire treads are continuously being developed to achieve high performance, and various technologies are being developed to effectively improve braking power, rolling resistance, and wear resistance on wet surfaces. Korean Registered Patent No. 2070987 describes a method of obtaining an SBR/BR-silica composite by adding hydrophobically modified nested silica, modified with polyetheramine, to a mixed solution of SBR and BR using a wet masterbatch method, and adding Si-69 and 2-ethylhexanoate zinc salt thereto. This prevents a deterioration in physical properties even when silica components are included instead of carbon black, but since the amount of BR used is limited, there is still a need for improvement in wear resistance. Accordingly, the inventors of the present invention, as a result of efforts to solve the above problem, confirmed that when a wet masterbatch composition of styrene butadiene rubber and butadiene rubber mixed, comprising 20 to 200 parts by weight of an inorganic filler to 100 parts by weight of rubber containing solution-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber and solution-polymerized butadiene rubber in a content ratio of 1:1 to 5:1, is applied to a tire, the wear resistance is improved, and thus the present invention was completed.
