Description

Horizontal Drainage Pallet Using Hemp By-products and Waste Plastic The present invention relates to a horizontal drainage pallet utilizing hemp byproducts and waste plastics, which can maintain a uniform slope of artificial turf, provide rapid drainage of rainwater during rain, possess robust durability, and allow for the recycling of hemp byproducts and waste plastics. Recently, artificial turf is being installed in school playgrounds and parks due to the risk of safety accidents. This artificial turf is installed in sports fields such as soccer and baseball stadiums, and is also used as flooring for small soccer fields (futsal courts), golf driving ranges, children's playgrounds, and walking paths. Artificial turf is increasingly being installed due to its advantages, such as being more durable than natural grass, requiring lower maintenance costs, and maintaining a beautiful appearance for a long period. As previously mentioned, conventional artificial turf is installed on top of drainage blocks to drain rainwater to the outside when constructed on the exterior of sports stadiums, fields, etc., during rainfall. These drainage blocks are composed of units of a specific area, and by combining these units, they can be installed to fit the area of the intended location. Additionally, multiple slits are arranged on the upper surface to drain rainwater to the outside. These drainage blocks must enable rapid drainage to prevent rainwater from accumulating on the grass during rainfall and be able to maintain a consistent slope of the artificial turf; however, there were significant difficulties in installing the drainage blocks due to the uneven ground surface where they are to be installed. In addition, after prolonged use, the drainage blocks were damaged or sank into the ground, causing problems such as rainwater pooling in the affected area due to poor drainage. In other words, for sports facilities such as soccer fields and futsal courts that use artificial turf, if the surface finish is irregular, snow and rainwater repeatedly accumulate, causing inconvenience in use and, in severe cases, making the facility unusable. Additionally, moss grows on the affected area, causing the artificial turf to discolor. Therefore, there is a need to develop an artificial turf drainage support that allows for the uniform maintenance of the artificial turf's slope by installing a separate horizontal support on the upper part of the finished surface after civil engineering work, is easy to install, and, above all, has high durability. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the overall appearance of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing an embodiment in which the base of the present invention is assembled. FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram showing an example of a process combined with another embodiment of the first and second connecting means of the present invention. FIGS. 4 and FIGS. 5 are schematic diagrams showing embodiments of the height adjustment unit of the present invention. FIGS. 6 and FIGS. 7 are a cross-sectional view and a perspective view illustrating another embodiment of the present invention. The present invention will be described in detail below through exemplary drawings. It should be noted that in assigning reference numerals to the components of each drawing, the same components are assigned the same reference numeral whenever possible, even if they are shown in different drawings. Furthermore, in describing the present invention, if it is determined that a detailed description of related known components or functions could obscure the essence of the invention, such detailed description is omitted. A horizontal drainage pallet utilizing hemp byproducts and waste plastic according to one embodiment of the present invention may include a base (100), a support rod (200), and a support plate (300). The present invention is positioned on a floor surface to install artificial turf, thereby maintaining a constant height of the upper surface where the artificial turf is installed, and provides a predetermined space between the artificial turf and the floor surface to facilitate drainage. The present invention is composed of multiple units that are assembled together to form the floor surface of the artificial turf. In addition, the present invention can be installed on the ground when installing concrete drainage channels, concrete pipes, etc. used in foundation civil engineering, and can be used for purposes such as supporting and adjusting the slope of the said drainage channels, pipes, etc., and can be used as a substitute for lean concrete in various foundation civil engineering works in addition to the purposes mentioned above. Referring to FIG. 1(a), a horizontal drainage pallet according to an embodiment of the present invention may have artificial turf (S) placed on the upper surface of a base (100) and may form a plate shape having a predetermined thickness. A plurality of through hol
