Abstract
A bathtub drain connection unit is disclosed. The bathtub drain connection unit of the present invention connects a flow drain and a folded pipe embedded in a foamed concrete layer, which is connected to the flow drain and an outer drain pipe, to guide wastewater discharged from the bathtub drain to a flow drain on the bathroom floor, and the drain cap, having a first coupling projection having a first through hole to connect the corrugated drain pipe connected to the bathtub drain, with one side connected to the corrugated drain pipe and the other side connected to the folded pipe; and a flexible pipe connection part that is coupled to the drain cap to form a wastewater flow space between it and the drain cap, and has a second coupling projection having a second through hole to connect the flow drain and an inner flexible drain pipe to guide wastewater flowing into the wastewater flow space to the flow drain. The present invention is characterized by including a wastewater discharge unit under the bathtub, which is provided on the upper part of the drain cap to collect wastewater generated in the empty space between the bathtub and the foamed concrete layer and to drain it toward the wastewater flow space and the inner flexible drain pipe, and is structured to selectively connect the empty space and the wastewater flow space. According to the present invention, by rapidly discharging to the outside the condensate formed in the empty space due to the temperature difference between the water introduced into the empty space formed between the bathroom wall, the bathtub, the bathtub apron, and the foamed concrete layer of the bathroom floor and the water filled in the bathtub, it is possible to prevent mold, odors, and insects from occurring in the empty space and adversely affecting bathroom hygiene.

Description
Bathtub drain connection unit and bathtub drain system including the same The present invention relates to a bathtub drain connection unit capable of rapidly draining wastewater formed under the bathtub in the empty space between the bathroom wall, the bathtub, the bathtub apron, and the foamed concrete layer to the outside, and a bathtub drainage system including the same. Generally, an integrated bathroom drainage system is installed on the floor of a bathroom equipped with a bathtub and a washbasin to collect and discharge wastewater from the washbasin and bathtub, as well as wastewater from the bathroom floor. Meanwhile, a void space is formed on the lower side of the bathtub between the bathroom wall, the bathtub, the bathtub apron, and the aerated concrete layer of the bathroom floor, and water inside the bathroom can penetrate into this void space through the gap between the bathtub apron and the bathroom floor tiles and the gap between the top of the bathtub and the bathroom wall. In addition, condensation may form in the empty space due to the temperature difference between this empty space and the water contained in the bathtub. As such, if seepage water and condensation remain in the empty space below the bathtub, mold, odors, and insects may develop, which has an adverse effect on bathroom hygiene. Therefore, the applicant proposes a bathtub (bathroom) drainage structure capable of quickly discharging seepage water and condensation from the empty space below the bathtub to the outside. Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the attached drawings. However, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments disclosed below but may be implemented in various different forms; these embodiments are provided merely to ensure that the disclosure of the present invention is complete and to fully inform those skilled in the art of the scope of the invention. Identical reference numerals in the drawings refer to identical elements. A bathtub drain connection unit and a bathtub drainage system including the same according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention can drastically prevent mold, odors, and insects caused by the wastewater under the bathtub by adopting a structure that can quickly drain the 'wastewater under the bathtub' formed in the lower empty space of a bathroom bathtub, specifically in the empty space between the bathroom wall, the bathtub, the bathtub apron, and the foamed concrete layer. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to examples. As illustrated in FIG. 1, a bathtub drainage system according to an embodiment of the present invention is for draining wastewater from a bathtub (10) and includes a bathtub drain connection unit (100), a flow drain (200), a bent pipe (300), an outer drain pipe (400), and an inner flexible drain pipe (500). In an embodiment of the present invention, the flow drain (200) collects all wastewater in the bathroom and discharges it into a vertical discharge pipe (not shown) of the building, and is installed embedded in the foamed concrete layer (20) of the bathroom. The bathtub drainage system of the present invention is a layered piping system, and the flow drain (200) is fixed on the upper side of the slab (30) in a state where it is embedded in the foamed concrete layer (20). The outer drain pipe (400) is provided to surround the outer side of the inner flexible drain pipe (500) to form a double pipe structure together with the inner flexible drain pipe, and extends toward the bathtub (10) such that one end is connected to the flow drain (200) and the other end is connected to the bent pipe (300). The bent pipe (300) is connected to the other end of the outer drain pipe (400) and can be located approximately below the drain of the bathtub (10). In an embodiment of the present invention, the 'bathtub drain' flows
