KR-102962496-B1 - Red pepper powder foreign substance separator
Abstract
The present invention relates to a chili powder foreign substance sorter that has excellent foreign substance removal efficiency and can minimize errors in foreign substance removal. The present invention comprises: a sorting container having a foreign substance exit hole formed at the front of the sorting chamber floor and a red pepper powder discharge hole formed inside the foreign substance sorted therefrom; an input port located at the rear upper part of the sorting container, the outlet of which is introduced into the upper part of the sorting chamber of the sorting container; a sorting unit installed within the sorting chamber and composed of two layers arranged at regular intervals, comprising a first sorting net having a sorting section in the center formed by multiple sorting holes with inclined surfaces formed at equal intervals at the front, and a second sorting net having a dropping section at the front formed by multiple circular dropping holes perforated at equal intervals to drop red pepper powder from which foreign substances have been sorted by the first sorting net to the floor of the sorting chamber; and a space formed between the front inner surface of the sorting chamber and the front of the sorting unit. It is characterized by including a vibrator that applies vibration to the sorting container, and having a front part of the sorting section and a rear part of the falling section overlap, and maintaining the gap between the first sorting net and the second sorting net by first and second blocks that are respectively interposed between the first and second sorting nets and the floor of the sorting room and fixed in a way that allows for disassembly.

Description
Red pepper powder foreign substance separator The present invention relates to a chili powder foreign substance separator that can increase the purity of chili powder by having excellent functionality for separating foreign substances contained in chili powder. Generally, foreign substances enter the chili powder during the grinding process, so these substances must be sorted and removed from the ground chili powder before shipment. Currently, various sorting machines are being proposed to separate foreign substances within red pepper powder. Representative examples include Korean Public Patent No. 2011-0139806 and Registered Patent No. 15033646. These prior art technologies describe a sorting machine that moves red pepper powder to be sorted through a sorting mesh or a sorting plate with multiple circular holes while vibrating a sorting container, thereby allowing red pepper powder particles smaller than the mesh mesh or circular holes to pass through the mesh mesh or circular holes, while preventing foreign substances larger than the mesh mesh or circular holes from passing through the sorting holes. However, this sorting method had a problem in which the tips of foreign objects larger than the sorting holes frequently fell into the mesh or circular holes and passed through them when moved by vibration, and this issue has been a cause of the decline in the marketability of chili powder. Meanwhile, conventional sorters applied vertical vibration to the sorting drum, which resulted in poor horizontal vibrational movement of the chili powder particles. Furthermore, since most utilized a single sorting mesh, there was also a problem with reduced efficiency in separating foreign substances.
