Description

Scroll type valve apparatus The present invention relates to a valve device applied to a pipe connection to open and close a pipeline, and more specifically, to a scroll-type valve device that opens and closes a pipeline by operating a membrane member in a scroll manner. In combustion infrastructure facilities such as thermal power plants, structures for discharging combustion residues are also applied. For example, waste heat recovery boilers, oxide reduction devices, and dust collectors are installed in the combustion gas exhaust pipes, and exhaust pipes for discharging collected dust (e.g., coal ash) from the dust collectors may also be applied. At this time, the collected dust can be gathered in a hopper at the end of the discharge pipe and then sent to a treatment device or collected externally via a collection vehicle, etc. For this reason, a structure for opening and closing the pipe is installed at the end of the pipe (e.g., hopper) where the collected dust is gathered (e.g., Korean Patent 10-1902282, etc.). However, when a hopper where dust is collected is connected to a subsequent treatment pipe, or when a discharge pipe is extended even if it is not necessarily a hopper, it was difficult to apply conventional opening and closing structures to the pipe connections due to structural differences. These issues cause difficulties in managing or operating the hopper and other piping, or the connections between two pipes. In particular, structures where dust collects, such as hoppers, require periodic internal cleaning; however, if there is no opening or closing mechanism, it is difficult to prevent falling debris from moving into the hopper or piping, and disassembling and reassembling the connections is also difficult, which can lead to maintenance problems. Since these issues are difficult to resolve with conventional structures, an alternative was required. Figure 3 is a plan view showing each part of the valve device of Figure 2 in a plan view. Figure 4 is an operation diagram illustrating the scroll-type opening and closing operation of the barrier in the valve device of Figure 3. Figure 5 is a partially exploded view illustrating the winding portions at both ends of the barrier of Figure 4. Figure 6 is a diagram illustrating the coupling method of the first body and the second body of the valve device of Figure 2. Figure 7 is an operation diagram illustrating the opening and closing operation of the pipe connection part of the valve device of Figure 1. The advantages and features of the present invention and the methods for achieving them will become clear by referring to the embodiments described below in detail together with the accompanying drawings. However, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments disclosed below but may be implemented in various different forms. These embodiments are provided merely to ensure that the disclosure of the present invention is complete and to fully inform those skilled in the art of the scope of the invention, and the present invention is defined only by the claims. Throughout the specification, the same reference numerals refer to the same components. In this specification, piping is understood to include a 'hopper'. Accordingly, the present invention can be used to connect a hopper that collects foreign matter/dust/falling material with another pipe, and can be applied to any connection between two pipes in general. Hereinafter, a scroll-type valve device according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 1 to 7. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a scroll-type valve device according to one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is an exploded view of the valve device of FIG. 1. Referring to FIG. 1, a scroll-type valve device (1) (hereinafter, valve device) is installed at the connection point of two pipes (A1, A2). The valve device (1) is connected between a first pipe (A1) (i.e., hopper) that collects foreign matter (e.g., combustion residue such as coal ash or dust collected from combustion gas) and a second pipe (A2) below it [Fig. 1 (a)], and can open or close the space between the pipes to prevent foreign matter from falling between the two pipes (see FIG. 7). The valve device (1) is configured to adjust the opening and closing state by driving an internal barrier (see 300 in FIG. 2). Since a variable hole (see 301 in FIG. 2) is formed in the barrier, the opening (100a) of the valve can be opened and closed by adjusting the position of the variable hole (301) so that foreign matter passes through the valve or moves away from it (see FIG. 4). Therefore, by using the valve device (1), the space between the pipes can be blocked to prevent falling objects from falling, and the pipes can be safely separated. Thus, cleaning or main
