Description
Vehicle air conditioning system The present invention relates to a vehicle air conditioning system, and more specifically, to a vehicle air conditioning system in which a bracket for a cool box and a blower unit case are integrated and injection molded. Generally, a vehicle air conditioning system cools or heats by selectively passing air introduced into the vehicle cabin by a blower unit through an evaporator where refrigerant flows or a heater core where the vehicle engine's coolant flows, thereby exchanging heat, and then distributing it into the vehicle cabin in a cold or warm state. In such a vehicle air conditioning system, the blower unit is formed by combining an upper case and a lower case, and a blower fan and a drive motor are positioned in the internal space of the combined upper and lower cases through the open bottom of the lower case. The blower fan draws in air from outside the blower unit by the drive of the drive motor and blows it to an evaporator or a heater core. In a blower unit with such a structure, the blower fan rotates by the drive of the drive motor, drawing in external air into the interior of the blower unit; most of the drawn-in air is blown to the evaporator or the heater core, while a portion is blown to the drive motor through the cooling hole to cool the drive motor. At this time, during the process of cooling the cool box, there was a problem of air leakage when connecting the hose connected to the cool box using a bracket for the cool box. FIG. 1 is a drawing illustrating a vehicle air conditioning system according to the present invention. FIG. 2 is an enlarged view of the bracket portion for the cool box of the present invention. FIG. 3 is a drawing illustrating the state in which the bracket part for the cool box of the present invention is connected to an external cooling air hose. The present invention has been described with reference to the embodiments illustrated in the drawings, but this is merely illustrative, and those skilled in the art will understand that various modifications and equivalent alternative embodiments are possible therefrom. Accordingly, the true technical scope of protection of the present invention should be determined by the technical spirit of the appended claims. Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, the vehicle air conditioning device (100) of the present invention comprises a case part (110), an upper case (111), a lower case (112), an air inlet part (121), an air outlet part (122), a bracket part for a cool box (130), a cooling air outlet part (130a), a bracket for an upper cool box (131), a bracket for a lower cool box (132), a rib fastening member (133), a rib hole (133a), a rib (134), a bolt (135), an insertion hole (135a), a coupling member (136), a connecting part (137), a cooling air inlet part (137a), a fastening part (138), a cooling air hose (140), and an insulating member (150).
