Abstract

The present invention provides a blower unit for a vehicle air conditioning system comprising: an upper case having an internal air inlet and an external air inlet formed therein; a door portion rotatably installed inside the upper case and selectively blocking the internal air inlet and the external air inlet, and an intake door connected to the door portion and rotatably installed in the upper case and including a hollow rotating shaft; a UV photocatalyst installed in the intake door and having a power supply portion formed therein; a wire inserted into the interior of the rotating shaft and having a connector connected to a first insertion groove formed on the outer surface of the upper case and the power supply portion of the UV photocatalyst, respectively; and a lower case coupled to the lower side of the upper case. According to the blower unit of a vehicle air conditioning system of the present invention, when the intake door is operated, smooth operation without obstruction is possible because a wire is positioned on the first rotating shaft. Furthermore, since the wire is mounted at the center of the first rotating shaft, no noise is generated by the intake bracket. When replacing the wire, replacement and installation are possible without a separate tool by disconnecting the second connector connected to the UV photocatalyst and rotating it.

Description

Ventilation unit of vehicle air conditioning system The present invention relates to a blower unit for a vehicle air conditioning system, and more specifically, to a blower unit for a vehicle air conditioning system that enables hygienic air conditioning operation that is harmless to the human body by using ultraviolet light to sterilize harmful strains (such as captured bacteria and mold) captured in an air filter without adding an antibacterial agent to the air filter as in the conventional method. An example of prior art is disclosed in Korean Registered Patent No. 10-1981217 (May 16, 2019). Such vehicle air conditioning systems are equipped with a photocatalytic module. Since the photocatalytic module is mounted on the front of the air conditioning case, it facilitates the sterilization and deodorization of the case, but there is a problem in that separate sterilization and deodorization of the filter is impossible. In addition, since the photocatalytic module is mounted on the air outlet, there are problems such as difficulty in installation depending on the vehicle package configuration or the occurrence of joints even after installation. FIG. 1 is a drawing showing a blower unit of a vehicle air conditioning system according to the present invention. FIG. 2 is a diagram showing the arrangement relationship of the blower unit of the vehicle air conditioning system of the present invention. Figure 3 is a drawing showing the interior of the intake door. Figure 4 is a drawing showing an intake bracket inserted into the intake door rotation axis.
