Description

System for processing metal substrates Cross-reference This application claims the benefits of U.S. Provisional Application No. 62/803,810 filed February 11, 2019, and U.S. Provisional Application No. 62/890,703 filed August 23, 2019, which are incorporated herein by reference. Technology field The present invention relates to a composition, system, and method for treating a metal substrate. It is common practice to use protective coatings on metal substrates for improved corrosion resistance and paint adhesion. Coating compositions containing sealants and adhesives are used in a wide variety of applications to treat various substrates or to bond two or more substrate materials together. A system for treating a substrate is disclosed, comprising: a cleaning agent composition; and/or a deoxidizing composition comprising a Group IVA metal and/or a Group IVB metal and a glass fluoride, having a pH of 1.0 to 3.0; and/or a sealing composition; and a coating composition. A method for treating a substrate is disclosed, comprising the steps of: contacting at least a portion of the substrate surface with a cleaning agent composition; and/or contacting at least a portion of the surface with a deoxidizing composition comprising a Group IVA metal and/or a Group IVB metal and a glass fluoride having a pH of 1.0 to 3.0; and/or contacting at least a portion of the surface with a sealing composition; and contacting at least a portion of the surface with a coating composition. In addition, a deoxidation composition comprising a Group IVA metal; a Group IVB metal; and a glass fluoride; and having a pH of 1.0 to 3.0 is disclosed. In addition, the material processed by the above system is disclosed. In addition, a record processed by the above method is disclosed. In addition, a substrate treated with a deoxidizing composition is disclosed. For the purposes of the following detailed description, it should be understood that the present invention may be inferred to have various alternative variations and sequences of steps, except where explicitly specified otherwise. Furthermore, except in any working embodiment or otherwise indicated, any number, such as expressing a value, amount, percentage, range, subrange, and fraction, may be interpreted as being preceded by the word “approximately,” even if the term is not explicitly indicated. Accordingly, unless otherwise indicated otherwise, the numerical parameters set forth in the following specification and the appended claims are approximations that may vary depending on the desired characteristics to be obtained by the present invention. At a minimum, and not in an attempt to limit the application of the doctrine of equivalents to the scope of the claims, each numerical parameter should be interpreted in light of at least the significant number of digits reported and by applying ordinary rounding techniques. Where a restricted or unrestricted numerical range is described in this specification, all numbers, values, quantities, percentages, subranges, and fractions that are within or included by the numerical range shall be deemed to be specifically included in and belonging to the original disclosure of this application, as if the whole of such numbers, values, quantities, percentages, subranges, and fractions were clearly described. Although the numerical ranges and parameters presenting the broad scope of the invention are approximations, the numerical values presented in specific examples are reported as accurately as possible. However, any numerical value inherently includes a specific error necessarily caused by the standard deviation found in each of these test measurements. As used herein, unless otherwise indicated, plural terms may include singular counterparts and vice versa. For example, while epoxy and accelerator may be mentioned herein, combinations of these components (i.e., plural) may be used. Additionally, in this application, while "and/or" may be explicitly used in this particular example, unless specifically stated otherwise, the use of "or" means "and/or". Terms such as "including" and "containing" as used herein are understood to be synonymous with "comprising" in relation to this application, and thus, without limitation, do not exclude the presence of additional undescribed or unenumerated components, materials, components, or method steps. "Constituted" as used herein is understood to exclude the presence of any unspecified components, components, or method steps in relation to this application. "Essentially composed" as used herein is understood to include "that which does not substantially affect the specified components, materials, components, or method steps of what is described in relation to this application and the basic and novel feature(s)." As used herein, terms such as “on,” “on,” “applied on,” “applied on,” “formed on,” “deposited on,” and “deposited on” mean that something is formed, placed, deposited, or provided on, but is not necessarily
