Description

Prevention Facilities for Abnormal Weather The present invention relates to a facility for preventing abnormal weather conditions, and more specifically, to a facility for preventing abnormal weather conditions that can stably protect fruit trees against abnormal weather conditions. Recently, abnormal weather phenomena have been occurring frequently across the globe, and these phenomena are having a serious impact on human life as well as the Earth's ecosystem. In particular, hail or frost caused by abnormal weather conditions is causing fatal damage to fruit trees. Accordingly, research and development on prevention facilities for extreme weather events is actively underway. A conventional prevention facility for abnormal weather conditions comprises: a vertical support; a horizontal support fixed to intersect the upper part of the vertical support; an arc-shaped guide fixed to the horizontal support at mutually spaced intervals; a pair of operating rods rotatably coupled to the vertical support; mounting brackets installed at the top of each of the pair of operating rods and supported by the arc-shaped guide; a drive motor installed on each of the mounting brackets; a rotating shaft connected to the shaft of the drive motor; a hail protection net that covers or opens the upper part of the arc-shaped guide by winding around the rotating shaft; and a control unit that controls the drive motor. Such a facility for preventing abnormal weather conditions is disclosed in Registered Patent Publication No. 10-0922568. However, the abnormal weather prevention facility with the above configuration is not only complex in design but also has the problem that the user must roughly predict when hail will fall and operate the control unit directly. This ultimately results in a decrease in the functionality and usability of prevention facilities for extreme weather conditions. FIG. 1 is a schematic front view illustrating a facility for preventing abnormal weather conditions according to the present invention. FIG. 2 is a schematic side view illustrating a facility for preventing abnormal weather conditions according to the present invention. FIG. 3 is an enlarged view illustrating 'A' of FIG. 1. FIG. 4 is an enlarged view illustrating 'B' of FIG. 1. FIG. 5 is an enlarged view illustrating 'C' of FIG. 2. FIG. 6 is a perspective view illustrating the first and second fixing members of the blocking net restraining member of the abnormal weather prevention facility according to the present invention. FIG. 7 is an operating state diagram of a barrier net opener of a prevention facility against abnormal weather conditions according to the present invention. Below, an abnormal weather prevention facility according to the present invention is described in detail with reference to the attached drawings. As illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 7, the abnormal weather prevention facility according to the present invention comprises: a frame (10); a weather sensing sensor (20) installed adjacent to (close to) the frame (10); a barrier net (30) provided on the upper part of the frame (10); a barrier net opener (40) connected to the frame (10) and the barrier net (30); a controller (50) electrically connected to the weather sensing sensor (20) and the barrier net opener (40); and a barrier net restraint member (60) connected to the frame (10). The frame (10) is made of metal material, and a barrier net (30) and a barrier net opener (40) are installed. This frame (10) is composed of a support member (11), a central support member (12) installed horizontally on the top of the support member (11), a guide roof member (13) installed at an angle on the front end of the central support member (12), a plurality of inclined roof members (14) installed at an angle on the central support member (12) so as to be arranged in a line parallel to the guide roof member (13), and side support members (15) connected to the ends of the guide roof member (13) and the plurality of inclined roof members (14). In particular, it is preferable that the guide roof member (13) be installed at an angle on both sides of the support member (11), but it is also possible to install it at an angle on only one side of the support member (11) as needed. Meanwhile, unexplained drawing symbol 16 represents a reinforcing support for reinforcing strength, etc. The climate detection sensor (20) detects abnormal weather conditions such as sunlight, hail, or frost in real time, and the information about the detected abnormal weather conditions is immediately provided to the controller (50). And for the climate sensing sensor (20), various types are used to detect various factors that can directly or indirectly affect the growth of the fruit tree. That is, for the climate sensing sensor (20), it is preferable to use at least one of the following: a wind direction and speed sensor that detects wind direction and speed, a temperature sensor that detects temperature, a hail sensor that det
