KR-102962946-B1 - METHOD FOR SUPPORTING SNS REVIEW INTEGRATION AND TREND VISUALIZATION IN GROUP PURCHASING SHOPPING MALL PLATFORM
Abstract
The present invention may include a method for supporting SNS review linkage and trend visualization on a group buying shopping mall platform, comprising: (a) a step in which the platform collects a first review posted on an external SNS regarding a product for sale and links it to the product's detail page and displays it; (b) a step in which, when a specific user views or interacts with the linked first review, a reward is provided to the person who wrote the first review; (c) a step in which, when a user introduced through the linked first review participates in the group purchase of the product for sale, the user is identified as a follower buyer and is tracked in conjunction with the first review; and (d) a step in which the relationship structure between the product for sale, the writer of the first review, and the follower buyer is visualized in the form of a diagram and provided as a real-time trend.

Description
Method for Supporting Social Media Review Integration and Trend Visualization in a Group Purchasing Shopping Mall Platform The present invention relates to the field of e-commerce technology, and more specifically, to a method for linking reviews posted on external social media with product information on a group buying shopping mall platform, and visualizing the relationship structure between follower buyers who entered through the reviews and the reviewers to provide real-time trends. With the recent proliferation of social network services (SNS), product reviews written by influencers on platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and X (formerly Twitter) are having a significant impact on consumers' purchasing decisions. In particular, product promotion through short-form content and viral marketing is establishing itself as a major marketing tool in the e-commerce market. Conventional group buying shopping malls primarily adopt a simple method of offering products at discounted prices once a certain number of buyers gather. Product review functions are also limited to writing text or simple comments within the platform. However, the platform has failed to effectively integrate various types of reviews generated from external social media channels, and lacks a system to track and analyze the correlation between user acquisition via reviews and actual purchasing behavior. Furthermore, it has been limited in assisting consumers' purchasing decisions because it fails to identify and utilize the relationship structure between review writers and follower buyers who purchased based on those reviews, and it does not provide visual indicators of which reviews actually contribute to purchase conversions or what trends are being formed. Therefore, there is a need for a new type of group buying platform that can organically link reviews from various social media channels with product information, track traffic and purchasing behavior through reviews in real time, and provide visualized trends based on this data. Korean registered patent No. 10-27082181 discloses a method for providing a group purchasing platform service for telecommunication service subscribers utilizing influencers and SNS channels, but it does not cover the integration of external SNS reviews, tracking of follower buyers, visualization of relationship structures, or comparative analysis of consistency, in addition to simply inducing group purchasing. FIG. 1 is an overall system configuration diagram of a group buying shopping mall platform that supports first review linkage and trend visualization according to one embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a process of collecting an external first review and linking it to a product detail page according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 3 is a flowchart of the operation of a system for identifying and tracking follower buyers introduced through a first review according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 4 is a drawing showing an example of a sales post disclosing an SNS post according to one embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 5 is a tree-shaped diagram showing the relationship structure between a first reviewer, a follower buyer, and a product for sale according to an embodiment of the present invention. This is a visualized example diagram. FIG. 6 is an example screen diagram visualizing a comparative analysis of a follower buyer's review and a first reviewer's review according to an embodiment of the present invention. Various embodiments are described with reference to the drawings. In the present invention, various descriptions are provided to facilitate an understanding of the invention. However, it is evident that these embodiments can be practiced without such specific descriptions. The term "or" is intended to mean an implicit "or" rather than an exclusive "or." That is, unless otherwise specified or evident from the context, "X uses A or B" is intended to mean one of the natural implicit substitutions. In other words, if X uses A; if X uses B; or if X uses both A and B, "X uses A or B" may apply to any of these cases. Furthermore, the term "and/or" as used in this invention should be understood to refer to and include all possible combinations of one or more of the enumerated related items. Furthermore, the terms “comprising” and/or “comprising” should be understood to mean that such features and/or components are present. However, the terms “comprising” and/or “comprising” should be understood not to exclude the presence or addition of one or more other features, components and/or groups thereof. Additionally, unless otherwise specified or clearly evident from the context to indicate a singular form, the singular in the present invention and claims should generally be interpreted to mean “one or more.” And, the term “at least one of A or B” should be interpreted to mean “a case including only A,” “a case including only B,” and “a ca
