Description
Floating Soil Removal Device for File Driver The present invention relates to a floating soil removal device for a pile driver, and more specifically, to a floating soil removal device for a pile driver in which a plurality of brushes are rotatably installed adjacent to an auger screw, and the rotation direction and rotation speed of the plurality of brushes can be adjusted according to various rotation speeds of the auger screw, so that floating soil rising to the ground while remaining on the spiral of the auger screw can be effectively discharged from the auger screw while rotating in the opposite direction to the auger screw rising outward from the ground after the drilling operation is finished, and the rotation direction and rotation speed of the brushes can be varied by simple operation by an operator, so that floating soil can be easily removed from the auger screw. Generally, drilling screws are used to bore holes in the ground during soft ground reinforcement and foundation work at various construction sites. However, during this drilling operation, so-called "lifted soil" occurs as soil rises through the screw; as this lifted soil falls from a height, injuries to workers on the ground have been occurring frequently. To solve these problems, a floating soil removal device is provided that removes floating soil rising through a drilling screw. As an example of a floating soil removal device, a dust prevention and soil removal device for a pile driver is used. The dust prevention and soil removal device for a pile driver according to the prior art comprises a cover body in which the upper and lower parts of a vertically shaped semicircular side curve plate are finished with an upper end plate and a lower end plate, while a brush receiving space with one side open is formed inside, and a fixing bracket having a bolt hole is formed protruding from the side curve plate; and a rotating brush in which a plurality of soil removal bristles are formed around a rotation axis, a soil removal bristle on one side is received in the brush receiving space and is formed to protrude outward from the brush receiving space, and bearings are coupled to the upper and lower parts of the cover body by the rotation axis, and the upper end of the rotation axis protrudes above the upper end plate and a driving motor is mounted. The background technology of the present invention is disclosed in Korean Published Patent Application No. 10-2014-0047823 (published on April 23, 2014, title of invention: dust prevention and soil removal device for pile driver).
