Description
Workbench Installation Method and Workbench for It The present invention relates to a method for installing a work platform for a ship that makes the installation of the work platform convenient and efficient, and to a work platform for a ship used therein. Typically, container ships are manufactured using ship blocks, and internally, cell guides and T-blocks equipped with cell guides are provided for loading containers. Meanwhile, the ship (CS) is provided with an S block (S) as shown in Fig. 1 so that the outer lower part forms a curved shape, the inner lower part is formed in a stepped shape, and a T block (T) is arranged inside. Therefore, since it is difficult to provide the T-block (T) up to the inner bottom surface of the ship (CS) in the conventional manner, a separate guide (G) is provided on the inner surface of the ship (CS) located below the T-block (T), so that the container (C) can be safely loaded inside the ship (CS) by means of the cell guide (CG) of the T-block (T) and the guide (G). Meanwhile, for various tasks, a work platform is installed on the inner surface of the vessel located below the T-block (T). (See FIG. 2) At this time, the work platform is equipped with a bracket (1) installed on the inner surface of the ship as shown in FIG. 3, a support body (2) installed on the bracket (1), and a footrest (3) installed on the upper part of the support body (2), and the bracket (1) protrudes further laterally than the guide (G) to support a sufficient load. As a result, when the work is completed and the work platform (1) is dismantled, and the container (C) is loaded onto the ship, the container (C) guided by the T-block (T) collides with the bracket (2) (see FIG. 3). Therefore, in the past, when dismantling a workbench, the bracket (1) had to be separated one by one, so the installation and dismantling of the workbench was very inconvenient and required a lot of labor and time. FIGS. 1 to 3 are drawings for explaining the prior art, and FIG. 4 is a flowchart for explaining a method for installing a work platform for a ship according to the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a drawing illustrating a ship work platform according to the present invention installed on the inner surface of a ship (CS), and FIG. 6 is a drawing for explaining the support mechanism and connecting mechanism of a shipboard work platform according to the present invention, and FIG. 7 is a drawing illustrating the operation of a work platform for ships according to the present invention. The present invention is capable of various modifications and may have various embodiments, and specific embodiments are illustrated in the drawings and described in detail. However, this is not intended to limit the invention to specific embodiments, and it should be understood that the invention includes all modifications, equivalents, and substitutions that fall within the spirit and scope of the invention. The terms used in this application are used merely to describe specific embodiments and are not intended to limit the invention. Unless otherwise defined, all terms used herein, including technical or scientific terms, have the same meaning as generally understood by those skilled in the art to which this invention pertains. The present invention will be described in detail below so that a person skilled in the art can easily implement it. FIG. 4 is a flowchart for explaining a method for installing a work platform for a ship according to the present invention. Referring to FIG. 4, the method for installing a work platform for a ship according to the present invention is described as follows. The method for installing a work platform for a ship according to the present invention includes a step of installing a support mechanism (S1), a step of installing a connecting mechanism (S2), and a step of installing a footrest mechanism (S3) as shown in FIG. 4. In the method for installing a work platform for a ship according to the present invention, it is preferable to install a work platform for a ship as described below. In the present invention, the method for installing a work platform for a ship involves installing the following work platform for a ship on a ship (CS) in which a cell guide (CG) is provided inside the ship (CS), a guide (G) is provided on the inner surface of the ship (CS) so as to be located below the cell guide (CG), and a container (C) from the cell guide (CG) is guided by the guide (G). In the present invention, the cell guide (CG) is the cell guide (CG) of a T-block (T). The above step of installing the support mechanism (S1) involves installing the support mechanism (10) on the inner surface of the ship (CS) so that it is positioned below the guide (G). In the present invention, the support mechanism (10) may be installed on the inner surface of the S block (S) of the ship (CS). The above connecting mechanism installation step (S2) involves inserting the hook portion (21) of the connecting mechanism (20) into
