Abstract

The present invention comprises a frame unit having a rectangular cross-section, formed long in the vertical direction, and having four sides; a fixing unit formed long in correspondence with the frame unit, which wraps around the corner portion of the frame unit and is fixedly coupled, and a side wall formed such that a portion of the side wall protrudes outward by a certain length from the side and the end portions of the side wall are interconnected and formed along the perimeter of the frame unit; and a finishing unit having a predetermined thickness, formed long in the vertical direction, and fixedly coupled to the side wall by a separate coupling means while seated between a pair of the fixing units on the side of the frame unit, and a post module formed such that the fixing unit and the finishing unit are repeatedly arranged along the perimeter of the frame unit to wrap around the sides.

  1. A frame unit having a rectangular cross-section, formed to be elongated in the vertical direction, and having four sides; A fixing unit formed along the perimeter of the frame unit, which is formed long in correspondence with the frame unit and is fixedly coupled while wrapping around the corner portion of the frame unit, and a side wall is formed such that a portion of it protrudes outward from the side by a certain length, and the end portions of the side walls are interconnected. A finishing unit having a predetermined thickness and formed long along the vertical direction, and fixedly coupled to the side wall by a separate coupling means while seated between a pair of the fixing units on the side of the frame unit; The above fixed unit is, It includes a fixing part formed by a pair, each arranged in an intersecting form, extending a certain length along the side of the frame unit and fixed in combination; an extension part formed by protruding outwardly from the fixing part with a certain radius between the pair of side walls and forming a receiving space between the side walls; a cover part configured such that at least a portion of the outer surface along the perimeter of the extension part can be opened to selectively control whether the receiving space is opened or closed; and an extension part formed by protruding outwardly from the extended end of the fixing part toward the frame unit and fixed to prevent the finishing unit from moving along the width direction. The above finishing unit has a separate insertion groove formed on one side facing the side of the frame unit into which the extension is inserted, thereby restricting the movement of the finishing unit. A post module formed such that the fixing unit and the finishing unit are repeatedly arranged along the perimeter of the frame unit to wrap around the side.

  3. In paragraph 1, The above fixed part is, A post module characterized by being formed in an L-shape and simultaneously fixedly coupled to two sides at the corner portion of the frame unit.
  4. In paragraph 1, The above finishing unit is, A post module in which at least a portion contacts the side of the frame unit and is seated between a pair of the fixing units, and the coupling means is fixed by penetrating the side wall.
  5. In paragraph 4, The above finishing unit is, A post module characterized in that the coupling means is fixedly coupled to the side wall through the interior of the receiving space while the above cover portion is open.

  9. In paragraph 1, The above extension is, A post module configured to selectively emit light by providing a separate light-emitting element inside the above-mentioned receiving space.
  10. In Paragraph 9, The above extension is, A post module configured such that at least a portion of the area facing outward along the perimeter in the above-mentioned receiving space is composed of a transparent material and is exposed to the outside when the light-emitting member emits light.

Description

Dual structure post module The present invention relates to a post module with a double structure, and more specifically, to a post module with a double structure in which a finishing unit of a different material is combined and wrapped around the outer surface of a frame unit forming a framework, thereby enabling the post module to have a desired external shape while maintaining durability. When installing playground equipment or exercise gear in parks or sports facilities, frames or post modules that possess robust durability and allow for stable connection are used. In particular, metal frames are widely utilized as structural frameworks when installing tents or temporary structures at event venues. Generally, metals that guarantee a certain level of durability are primarily used for frames or post modules, and structures of various shapes are installed through their combination and connection. However, while such installed structures can guarantee durability and stability, they are somewhat visually unappealing, and due to the nature of the metal frame, there is a risk that a user colliding with it could lead to a serious accident. In particular, safety accidents involving collisions can occur in playgrounds or sports facilities where children are active, and metal frames can lead to serious injuries. When elastic materials are wrapped around the exterior to prevent such accidents, there was a problem of reduced aesthetics. Therefore, a method to resolve these problems is required. FIG. 1 is a drawing showing the appearance of a post module according to an embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 2 is a drawing showing the internal structure of the post module of FIG. 1; FIG. 3 is a drawing showing the configuration of a fixing unit in the post module of FIG. 1; FIG. 4 is a drawing showing the configuration of the finishing unit in the post module of FIG. 1; FIG. 5 is a drawing showing the state in which a fixing unit is coupled to a frame unit in the post module of FIG. 1; FIG. 6 is a drawing showing a state in which a finishing unit is fixedly coupled by a separate coupling means in the post module of FIG. 5; and FIG. 7 is a drawing showing the state in which the cover part is coupled to the fixed unit in FIG. 6. In this specification, where a component (or region, layer, part, etc.) is described as being "on," "connected," or "combined" with another component, it means that it may be directly placed/connected/combined with the other component, or that a third component may be placed between them. Identical reference numerals denote identical components. Additionally, in the drawings, the thicknesses, proportions, and dimensions of the components are exaggerated for the effective illustration of the technical content. "And/or" includes all one or more combinations that the associated configurations can define. Terms such as "first," "second," etc., may be used to describe various components, but said components should not be limited by said terms. These terms are used solely for the purpose of distinguishing one component from another. For example, without departing from the scope of the present invention, the first component may be named the second component, and similarly, the second component may be named the first component. A singular expression includes a plural expression unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. Additionally, terms such as "below," "lower side," "above," and "upper side" are used to describe the relationships between the components depicted in the drawings. These terms are relative concepts and are described based on the directions indicated in the drawings. Unless otherwise defined, all terms used herein (including technical and scientific terms) have the same meaning as generally understood by those skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains. Additionally, terms such as those defined in commonly used dictionaries should be interpreted as having a meaning consistent with their meaning in the context of the relevant technology, and are explicitly defined herein unless interpreted in an ideal or overly formal sense. Terms such as "include" or "have" are intended to indicate the existence of the features, numbers, steps, actions, components, parts, or combinations thereof described in the specification, and should be understood as not precluding the existence or addition of one or more other features, numbers, steps, actions, components, parts, or combinations thereof. Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
