KR-102963268-B1 - POLE TRANSFORMER HANDHOLE INSTALLATION DEVICE
Abstract
The present invention relates to a pole-mounted transformer handhole installation device capable of uniformly fastening fastening members during the assembly of a cover or instantaneous pressure reduction device in the pole-mounted transformer handhole. The device comprises a housing, a wrench unit provided in a plurality thereof that rotates a fastening member by engaging with a fastening projection formed around the handhole of the pole-mounted transformer, and a power transmission unit provided in the housing and connected to each of the plurality of wrench units to rotate the wrench unit and equally distribute and transmit rotational power transmitted by an external force to each of the plurality of wrench units. With this configuration, fastening members can be simultaneously and uniformly fastened during the assembly of a cover or instantaneous pressure reduction device in the pole-mounted transformer handhole, thereby improving work efficiency and preventing substandard construction caused by uneven assembly.

Description
Pole Transformer Handhole Installation Device Capable of Uniform Fastening of Fastening Members The present invention relates to a pole-mounted transformer handhole installation device, and more specifically, to a pole-mounted transformer handhole installation device capable of uniformly fastening fastening members during the assembly of a cover or instantaneous pressure reduction device in the pole-mounted transformer handhole. Pole-mounted transformers are used to convert the high voltage of several thousand volts, which is the primary voltage supplied to the distribution lines on utility poles, into the low voltage of 110V or 220V, which is the secondary voltage supplied to actual homes. They are generally constructed with a structure in which a transformer device consisting of an iron core and windings is placed inside a box made mostly of steel plates. These pole-mounted transformers are installed and used on the upper side of utility poles. However, if electricity consumption increases significantly, the magnetic flux density of the core is high, or an electrical shock occurs due to external factors such as lightning, the internal pressure of the pole-mounted transformer can rise rapidly due to overload, which can lead to an explosion. Therefore, to prevent this, a pressure reduction device is installed in the transformer. Korean Registered Patent No. 10-2524051 discloses an instantaneous pressure reduction device for a distribution line pole-mounted transformer. The instantaneous pressure reduction device is configured such that a main body part with a pressure discharge hole formed through it is connected to the internal pressure discharge port of a transformer, and a pressure regulating part is hinge-connected to the upper part of the main body part so as to be rotatable in the vertical direction to seal the pressure discharge hole. Consequently, when the internal pressure of the transformer rises, the pressure regulating part automatically rotates upward to open the pressure discharge hole, thereby automatically reducing the internal pressure of the transformer. FIG. 1 is a flowchart showing the installation of an instantaneous pressure reduction device in the handhole of a pole-mounted transformer, and FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram showing the state in which the instantaneous pressure reduction device is installed. Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the sequence of installing the instantaneous pressure reduction device (20) in the hand hole (11) of the pole-mounted transformer (10) is as follows: after removing the cover from the hand hole (11) of the pole-mounted transformer (10), the mounting part (21) of the instantaneous pressure reduction device (20) is inserted into the fastening projection (12) provided around the hand hole (11) to fasten the fastening member (13), and then the pressure reduction part (22) is fastened to the mounting part (21). Generally, the fastening protrusions (12) are provided in three numbers around the hand hole (11), and in order to accurately install the mounting part (21) as shown in (a) of FIG. 2, the fastening member (13) is not completely fastened at one fastening protrusion (12), but rather, as shown in the third drawing of FIG. 1, the fastening member (13) is fastened sequentially little by little to the three fastening protrusions (12) to ensure uniform fastening. If the fastening is not done uniformly in this way, as shown in (b) of FIG. 2, a gap occurs in the part where the tightening is insufficient, making it impossible for the instantaneous pressure reduction device (20) to perform its function, and there is a problem of safety accidents occurring due to issues such as moisture penetrating into the hand hole (11). FIG. 1 is a flowchart for installing a conventional instantaneous pressure reduction device in the handhole of a pole-mounted transformer. FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram showing the state in which an instantaneous pressure reduction device is installed in the handhole of a pole-mounted transformer. FIG. 3 is a schematic perspective view illustrating a pole-mounted transformer handhole installation device according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIGS. 4 and 5 are exploded perspective views schematically illustrating a pole-mounted transformer handhole installation device according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view schematically illustrating a pole-mounted transformer handhole installation device according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 7 is a flowchart schematically illustrating the state of installing an instantaneous pressure reduction device using a pole-mounted transformer handhole installation device according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 8 is a schematic diagram illustrating an embodiment equipped with an electric drill in a pole-mounted transformer handhole installation device according to an embodiment of the present invention.
