Description
Cylinder Damping Device The present invention relates to a cylindrical damping device. In general, cylindrical dampers are used as a means to assist in folding or opening/closing movements between components of machinery (mechanical devices), automobiles, furniture, etc. A cylinder-type damper has a housing having a cylinder shape and an operating rod positioned with one end connected to the piston side inside the housing, and has a structure in which an operating fluid (oil) is filled inside the housing to generate damping force in conjunction with the piston side. This cylindrical damper is formed so that the operating rod side moves in a state having damping force, thereby allowing the folding or opening/closing operation to be performed stably in a state where shocks or vibrations are absorbed by the damping force. However, since such a cylindrical damper is structured to generate damping force by relying on the working fluid, not only is the damping function simple, but it is also difficult to expect satisfactory resistance in terms of fluid sealing or damper durability. FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram showing the overall structure of a cylinder-type damping device according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIGS. 2 to 9 are drawings for explaining the detailed structure and operation of a cylinder-type damping device according to an embodiment of the present invention. Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described based on the attached drawings. Embodiments of the present invention are described within the scope in which those with average knowledge in the art can practice the present invention. Therefore, since the embodiments of the present invention can be modified in various different forms, the claims of the present invention are not limited to the embodiments described below. FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram showing the overall structure of a cylindrical damping device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIGS. 2 to 9 are diagrams for explaining the detailed structure and operation, Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, a cylinder-type damping device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a cylinder-type housing (10), an operating rod (20), and an operating assisting part (30). The cylinder-type housing (10) is formed to have a cylinder-type housing shape that corresponds to the cylinder-shaped damper device structure. The cylinder-type housing (10) can be formed in the shape of a cylinder-type housing with an internal space (A) formed as shown in FIGS. 1 and FIGS. 2. The cylindrical housing (10) is formed by having a piston (12) and an operating fluid (W) to generate a damping force in conjunction with the operation of the operating rod (20) described later. The piston (12) is positioned on the side of the internal space (A) of the cylinder-type housing (10), and is positioned so as to be movable in the forward and backward directions along the length direction of the internal space (A) in conjunction with the forward and backward movement of the operating rod (20). The working fluid (W) can be selected from oils and can be provided in a state filled in the internal space (A) of the cylinder-type housing (10) so as to generate damping force in conjunction with the movement of the piston (12). Although not shown in the drawing, the cylindrical housing (10) can be formed so that the flow of the working fluid (W) is induced in a state corresponding to the generation of damping force through a normal flow path formed on the inner wall surface of the internal space (A) or on the side of the piston (12), for example. The material of the cylinder housing (10) can be selected from metal or synthetic resin with excellent durability and wear resistance. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the operating rod (20) is set up with one end of the rod connected and fixed to the piston (12) inside the cylinder-type housing (10). When the operating rod (20) moves in the forward and backward directions, the piston (12) side is set to move in the forward and backward directions in conjunction with this, within the internal space (A) of the cylinder-type housing (10). The material of the operating rod (20) can be selected from metal or synthetic resin with excellent durability and wear resistance. A fastening part (B) can be formed on the sides of the cylinder-type housing (10) and the operating rod (20), respectively, as shown in FIGS. 1 and FIGS. 2. The fastening portion (B) is provided with a fastening hole (B1) and a fastening member (B2), and can be formed on the end side of the cylinder-type housing (10) and the operating rod (20), respectively. The fastening hole (B1) is formed in the shape of a hole at the end of the cylinder-type housing (10) and the operating rod (20), respectively, and the fastening member (B2) can be fastened to the fixed part side by holding the housing and the rod side through the fastening hole (B1) side by a bolt or pin connec
