Description
Flawless pipe heat treatment apparatus capable of safe pipe supply The present invention relates to a defect-free pipe heat treatment device capable of safely supplying pipes, and more specifically, to a defect-free pipe heat treatment device that stably straightens a pipe supplied to a heat treatment unit while maintaining tension so that defects such as surface scratches do not occur during heat treatment. Metal pipes, especially stainless steel 300 series pipes, are used in various fields such as laparoscopes, medical devices, and water purifiers. These stainless steel pipes are formed into pipe shapes through a drawing process; however, since internal stress accumulates, ductility decreases, and the material becomes brittle during the drawing process, a heat treatment process must be performed after drawing. As shown in Fig. 1, the heat treatment process of the stainless steel pipe is a method in which it is heated by passing through a high temperature (1050℃) heating zone (HZ) and then cooled by passing through a rapid cooling zone (RCZ). At this time, as the stainless steel pipe (P) passes through the heating zone (HZ), thermal deformation occurs due to high-temperature heating, causing the stainless steel pipe to bend as it is transported. As the bending direction is formed downward due to gravity, the outer surface of the stainless steel pipe comes into contact with the inside of the chamber of the heating zone (HZ). Contact with stainless steel pipes during this heat treatment process causes surface defects such as scratches, tearing, and other pits and dents on the surface, and these surface defects account for more than 95% of all defects in stainless steel pipes. In particular, since stainless steel has a higher coefficient of thermal expansion than ordinary metals (approximately 25% to 50% higher than ordinary metals), it bends more than ordinary metals due to the high-temperature environment of the heating zone (HZ), and thus surface defects frequently occur during the heat treatment process. To prevent such surface defects, it is important to ensure that the pipe does not come into contact with the inner surface of the heating zone. Therefore, technology is required to support the pipe in a stable state before it enters the heating zone and to consistently control its thermal deformation within the zone. For reference, there is Registered Patent No. 10-1254762 as prior art related to this. Figure 1 is a conceptual diagram showing the heat treatment process of a stainless steel pipe.
